About this cottage rental
A large country house in the small village of Pruneda that has been created from the beatiful conversion of an 18th Century farmhouse, which has been became into 3 delightfull and well furnished holiday homes.
It is a quite setting in the heart of Asturias´s Cider producing area and has lovely views of the surrounding fields. Apple orchards are a common sight and nearby Nava (3km) which has the most interesting museum dedicated to the production of the local brew, hosts the Annual Festival of Cider in July. Nava is also good for shops, restaurants and cafes.
The surroundings are green and hilly -just the South of Nava is a range of beatiful sierras for walking. The motorway is easily accesible which makes getting around Asturias very easy. The beach is about 25 minutes drive away, and the city of Oviedo just 20 minutes away.
La Ceriquina: 2 pax.
Ground floor consists of a confortable open-plan kitchen and living area and a shower room. There is a double sofa-bed, if required, but this is only suitable for children because it is shorter than a normal bed.
Upstairs, there is a attractive, spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom.
Outside there is a terrace looking across the garden.
El Ferre: 4 pax
Ground floor consists of an open-plan kitchen and living area, and a shower room.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, with views over the village and a bathroom.
El Malvis: 4 pax
Ground floor consists of an open-plan kitchen and living area and a shower room. There is also a sofa-bed, if required, but this is only suitable for children as it is shorter than a normal bed.
Upstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms, a doble bedroom and a kingsize bedroom, and a shower room.
Details: TV, dishwasher, shared washing machine, microwave, fireplace, cot and high chair available, garden, shared swimming pool, shops and resturants: 3 km, and a orch with table and chairs.
There is a car parking and also a shared utility room.

Mi pareja, mis dos hijos y yo, hemos estado 10 días alojados en una de las viviendas que conforman el alojamiento. Todo genial, la casa, la ubicación, la comunicación con Ruth y Javier,... Lo único malo que el tiempo que hizo esos días, no nos permitió disfrutar de la piscina. Así que habrá que repetir 😜

Hemos pasado unos días inolvidables en esta magnífica casa. Los propietarios nos han asesorado muy bien, de todo lo que podíamos hacer y donde ir. Un lugar mágico para pasar unos días de vacaciones. Mi familia y yo estamos encantados, sin duda volvemos.
