Vacation Home located in the partial nature reserve of the Villaviciosa estuary, Asturias.
The house is surrounded by a large private garden area that you can enjoy.

The main room occupies an area of 18 square meters divided into two areas: bedroom area with a bed of 1.50 meters and dressing area of six square meters. The second room, 12 meters, with two beds of 90 centimeters.
The kitchen of 13 square meters is equipped with all necessary appliances: fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, conventional oven, microwave oven, hob, coffee maker ...
The bathroom, large, is divided into: toilet area with sink, large bathtub and shower with 90 cm plate. The toilet is located at one end of the bathroom and separated from the rest by a sliding door.
Both from the living room, as from the two rooms, you can access a large terrace that occupies the entire southern front of the house. From here you can see the Villaviciosa estuary and the town of the same name. In the background, the mountain range will show you the mountain peaks and areas with comfortable paths that you can walk through.
Its proximity to the coast makes access to the beaches in the area one of the main attractions.

Ha sido espectacular! La casa es mejor que en las fotos, todo muy limpio y cuidado. Perfecta para ir con niños. Jesús, muy atento, pudimos entrar antes de la hora de entrada y nos aconsejó lugares preciosos y restaurantes muy buenos. Volveremos Seguro!
