About this villa rental
Villa Nirvan is a detached private villa which has sun all day long. It is very centrally located a minute walk to the local bus stop, couple of minutes ’walk to supermarket, just 15 minutes’ walk to the beach or 4 minutes by car.
Villa consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, separate kitchen, dining area, game room and sitting room . 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom would be opened for more than 6 guests. Villa has Wi-Fi and is secured with alarm and a safe locker.
Villa has a large circular heated (optional) swimming pool, shower outside swimming pool, play room has a billard table for adults and for children : Ping pong table, Pool table, Football table. Alfresco dining area, BBQ area, and solarium with sunbeds. Pool and garden area are completely private. Guests have private parking right outside the villa.

Please be aware that Lanzarote has in place a system where all visitors to the island must be registered with the Guardia Civil ( local police ) within 24 Hrs of arrival.
The heated pool will have an additional cost of €100 per week and will be approximately 26C. Kindly inform us at least 3 days in advance,if you would like the pool to be heated.

My family and I cannot express how magical this villa is.We arrived late on a Thursday night and was very dark, Google maps took us to the wrong place, but a quick phone call to the owner soon got us there.Upon our arrival we couldn't believe what we had stumbled upon, the villa was incredibly clean and very well laid out and organised. The next day we were able to see the whole of the villa in its true magnificence, the garden / chillout area was fully astroturfed, and the pool cleaner came twice during our stay. We never got chance to use the BBQ, however everything was there if we needed it. Enough seating and different zones to choose from depending on if you like sun / shade / breezeThe immediate local vicinity was also excellent with a small friendly mini mart that literally sells everything you can think of and open 08:00 to 22:00 seven days a week, in addition to a large supermarket being within a 2 minute walk.To get into the main town was either a 20 minute pleasant walk downhill or the number 30 bus that runs every 30 minutes for about 1 euro each, we used to walk down and get a taxi back for about 4 euros..... There really is no need to hire a car there.Overall I cannot praise this villa enough, the host, the villa, the location all exceeded our expectations and cannot wait to return.Thank you Jay (the host) for everthing, we all bonded as a family and you made that possible.Highly recommend anybody to go to Villa Nirvan... Totally amazing.. Loved it

The host was very good and responded quickly we had a couple of problems with the pool and generally the villa needs some TLC
