About this house rental
The house is surrounded by a large garden which is accessed from a covered terrace where you can dine and have lunch as it is equipped with tables, chairs and deck chairs. Also outside there is a shower and a barbecue. Inside in two bedrooms there are two double beds, while in the third bedroom there are two / three single beds. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower. the kitchen has all the necessary equipment to accommodate six / eight people and guests are provided with the necessary linen. in the room there is a sofa and an armchair that can be converted into further beds. in the garden the house is equipped with a covered terrace equipped for dining outside or simply for resting to read a book. Beside there is a patio where you can sunbathe or admire the stars at night.
The house is quite close to the town but at the same time it is isolated in the countryside. From the terrace you can admire a beautiful panorama of the sea in front.

The house can be reached from the village on foot in about ten minutes. Always in about ten minutes on foot it is possible to take a beautiful bath under the Hotel Diana. During the summer a bus that stops on request brings around the island and guarantees connections with the port and the country

My family and friends stayed for a week in this lovely and welcoming summer home, which was fully equipped with all amenities. The sea was walking distance down a steep, but secure, path to the water's edge for swimming and snorkelling in crystal clear waters. Each evening saw us relaxing on the terrace over a leisurely dinner followed by a moon-lit walk into the village of Ustica to sample the award-winning granita and ice-cream (open also during the day!). Twice we had a local fisherman take us around the island on his boat to explore the many coves and sea-caves - he would anchor anywhere we wanted to snorkel and then dropped us back at Ustica's port. This rental property was a wonderful home-away-from-home and we fully relaxed and enjoyed our stay. Back next summer!
