Wonderful and comfortable villa with private pool and great sea view in Platja d’Aro, Catalonia, Spain for 8 persons. The villa is situated in a residential area, 4 km from Platja d'Aro beach and Platja d'Aro restaurant and shopping area. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet, spread over 2 levels. The vicinity of the beach and sports activities makes this a fine villa to enjoy your holidays with family or friends.

Superbe villa avec très belle piscine et très beau jardin très bien entretenu.

We have had wonderful vacations at this lovely place. The villa is located in a nice and quiet residential area in the hills of Calonge with a perfect view onto the mediteranean sea. The pool is placed perfectly in the centre of a well maintained garden. You can relax on 4 teak sunloungers which you can move into the shades of some palms or on a chilling lounge beside the pool. There is a nice outside barbecue place with a large teak table for 8 persons. The kitchen and the living room is equipped with tasteful furniture for up to 8 people. In the kitchen you can find all kinds of equipment for excessive cooking sessions. The bedrooms are equipped functionally, each bedroom with its own bathroom. The large master bedroom on the top floor was equipped with air condition, with access to 2 roof terraces, with large bath tub and shower and large closet. Only the 4th bedroom which could only be accessed from outside of the house and which did not have air condition and its own bathroom was a bit disappointing. Although the villa had a separate guest toilet inside the main building, the occupants of the 4th bedroom always need to use the bathroom of one of the other bedrooms.The service of the renting agent Quality Renting who took care for the whole organisation, for the cleaning, for the pool service as well as for the janitor and maintenance service was excellent. They always responded extremely fast and took care for all our needs.We can recommend this nice place and would definitively love to return in the future.
