Ideally located between the city center and the beach, you can easily enjoy the city’s nightlife while also relaxing in a peaceful, private setting by the ocean.
The property features a large heated swimming pool overlooking the bay and unforgettable sunsets. (Please note: pool heating is not included in the daily rate.)
You can also dock your 60-foot boat at your private pier with direct ocean access. For outdoor enjoyment, there is a covered patio with a dining area, barbecue grill, and lounge seating by the water — perfect for cozy evenings with beautiful views. Kayaks are also available for guests who enjoy active water activities.
The house is fully equipped for a comfortable and memorable stay. High ceilings and wooden floors create a bright and warm atmosphere throughout. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances.
The living room features a 65-inch TV, a large comfortable sofa, a billiard table for entertainment, and an electric piano for music and relaxation. Fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available throughout the home.
