About this apartment rental
Welcome to our newly remodeled one bedroom condo that is fully furnished in beautiful Kailua Kona. We just purchased new furniture and new flooring . We have a full size kitchen that is stocked for your use with microwave, a gas stove and a full size refrigerator.
In the living area you will find a 42” flat screen TV with Spectrum cable and free WiFi. There is a coin operated laundry room at the end of our building. Our pool sits at ocean’s edge and Kona coffee can be enjoyed while watching spinner dolphins. Beautiful sunsets can be seen from our pool or shoreline. Our lanai includes a Bistro Set, It is perfect for enjoying your meals outdoors and ocean viewing. The lanai also has a ceiling fan. On the lanai are Boogie boards, ice chest , beach umbrella and beach chairs.We are a short walk to town. Honl’s beach which has surfing and snorkeling is about a 10 minute walk. Rest rooms and showers are across the street from it

Host was very responsive. Unit was very clean. Great location and we often had the pool area to ourselves, or nearly so. We went to relax rather than "do" and this was a nice place to do so.

Our host was outstanding and provided clear and concise information well in advance of our arrival. The condo is well appointed and has many little extras which are greatly appreciated. The location is great, just a short walk into town. I highly recommend this condo and the hostess

Excellent communication from host. Very clean, cozy place. Perfect location for exploring the island, walking to town, and to local beaches.

This was a great place to stay they had everything we needed and more… very nice unit with a wonderful view. It was in a great location close to town as well. The manager is out cleaning up every day this was great to see. What a beautiful island with beautiful people who were all so kind and welcoming.
