Very nice place, clean and well appointed. Lovely lanai. Never had a parking issue. Beautiful grounds, convenient location, minutes to Kona center. Lots of helpful things, like beach towels and chairs, cooler, ice packs. etc. Host was very accommodating.

Fully stocked house with everything I could think of! They even had a high chair for the baby. The closet had snorkeling gear, fins, a fan, beach bags, umbrella,
If I had to nitpick: 1) The pack and play was dirty, and 2) the water cooler had a broken lid which made it leak on the first day of our trip. But I mean, the fact that they had these was incredible in itself. The water cooler was an easy fix - we made sure it was upright, and just laid down some bedsheets on the pack and play.
