Its remarkable location is unmatched, being merely a 150-yard walk to the slopes and the village.
This delightful unit spans 443 square feet and includes various interior upgrades, offering a contemporary lodging choice. The kitchenette is furnished with a mini-fridge, a two-burner stove, a convection microwave oven, a dishwasher, and granite countertops.
The dining area, positioned between the kitchen and the main living area, can comfortably seat up to four guests.
Please be aware that air conditioning is not available.
The living room is equipped with a new 50-inch flat-screen TV along with a BluRay player, a gas fireplace, a king-sized bed, and a cozy sofa that features a hide-a-bed, all providing a view of the Winter Park Resort.
The bathroom includes a tiled shower surround, new tile flooring, and an updated vanity, making this a handicapped-accessible vacation rental.
The property provides a variety of amenities, including an outdoor hot tub in the common area, a grill, and a main floor lobby with a seating area and a flat-screen TV, as well as private ski lockers.
Furthermore, there is a large amenity deck that features coin-operated laundry facilities, changing rooms, a hot tub, a barbecue grill, an outdoor fireplace, and picturesque views of the slopes.

Figuring out how to get in the building parking lot wasn't easy without a card or fob and it took a few tries to figure out how to get in the door.

The condo is right across the street from the village and lifts. When we arrived the CO2 sensor battery was dead and chirping every few minutes, we called Stay Winter Park and a maintenance man showed up within the hour. The website listed to obtain a parking pass is wrong; the correct one is www.nwprk.com. Overall great bang for the buck, would stay again.
