Welcome to the Rockies - you'll surely enjoy your stay in my brand new 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo! Relax and unwind with beautiful views of the Continental Divide or adventure to your heart's content! With easy access to Winter Park/Mary Jane resort, concerts at Rendezvous Event Center, bike trails, Fraser River fishing, as well as WP's restaurants and shops, it's hard to go wrong!
Built in 2019, my condo should provide all the comforts you need to relax and take in the beautiful Colorado air. The unit was built with an eco-focus, including in-floor radiant heating. With a fully equipped kitchen, complemented with stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and dishwasher with ample space to spread out on the quartz counter top, you should be set for entertaining and delivering a mountain feast! The living and dining room all have brand-new furniture, including a pull out sofa bed, a gas fireplace, 65-inch mounted tv, and a private balcony with amazing views of the Rockies!
Upstairs is the master suite, the second bedroom, both with queen beds, a custom built bunk space with two twin beds, second full bath, and private laundry room. Both bathrooms have a walk-in shower.
High speed WiFi and one reserved parking space are included. There is additional free covered parking close by below the Fireside Market.
Note, there is no elevator in the unit so all must be able to climb 2 flights of stairs.

This place is clean and modern. Perfect for a family ski weekend, and excellent location in the heart of WP and a few minutes from skiing. Brandon, the host, was super responsive to everything, before and during our stay. He would always immediately answer questions through the VRBO app. Highly recommend!

The property is fun. It's light, modern, and clean. It is private and quiet - plus near a ton. Just park and then walk or take the bus everywhere.
