Perfect for families with kids

Host and his family is so welcoming and kind, really nice people! The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, with a big terrace in front and a barbacue that we used almost every day. Location is perfect, a few minutes walk to the beach and also Poreč town. We definitely recommend staying here, especially for families with small kids!

Everything was perfect

Everything was amazing - a beautiful garden sorrounding the house, our room, the gym next to the house, location - just 3 minutes to the beach and the most important - our lovely hosts. We came with our dog - the apartment was very comfortable for him.

There was literally nothing I didn't like. Everything was perfect.

Proprietarul foarte amabil. Am ajuns la destinatie cu autocarul pentru ca ni s-a stricat masina, iar proprietarul s-a oferit sa ne aduca cu masina de la autogara la cazare si sa ne duca inapoi. Cazarea este amplasata foarte bine aproape de plaja, 3-5 min pe jos. In rest patul foarte confortabil , frigider, balcon frumos.

De la apartamentul de alaturi se aude prea tare cand curge apa de la bucatarie.

Ottimo soggiorno a Parenzo

Struttura non nuovissima ma c’è tutto il necessario è pulito e silenzioso. Il materasso è comodo, c’è un cuscino morbido e uno più duro. Il bagno è spazioso. C’è un parcheggio privato sempre all’ombra, in 3minuti a piedi si è in spiaggia, in 10 min in centro. E’ presente un grande tavolo all’esterno che si può usare, noi abbiamo mangiato una pizza per asporto (la pizzeria è a 10 metri).

Tolle Lage und nettes Personal – der Rest leider eine Enttäuschung

Das einzig Positive an der Unterkunft war die Nähe zum Strand, der Garten, der überdachte Parkplatz und das freundliche Personal. Alles andere war leider eine Zumutung.

Die Unterkunft ist völlig veraltet, abgewohnt und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Das Bett ist viel zu klein für 2 Personen und in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Ausstattung, Möbel und Zustand entsprechen in keiner Weise dem hohen Preis – dieser ist schlichtweg eine Frechheit. Insgesamt absolut enttäuschend, ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.
