The room was perfect. The accomodation is close to the old town. Everything can be reached ín a few minutes. Parking is correct ín a closed parking area.

The matress was too soft, but it is depends on the user. We can have sweet dreams on it.

Accommodation right in the heart of Porec.

This is absolutely right in the centre of the Old Town. Parking is difficult BUT the host provided a free ticket for a near by (300m) car park - saving 20 euros per day, much appreciated! We miss read the information and thought the Double Room we selected had cooking facilities, which it didn't, BUT it did have a fridge and the host provided a kettle. Select the Apartment if you need cooking facilities. It is right in the centre so lots of street life, dozens of restaurants near by till late.

A kettle and tea / coffee making facilities would be helpful and ideally a microwave.

The place is located in the centre and the host is extremely nice. The room is clean and spacious. The host even allows me to check out late to catch my afternoon bus.

excellent property.

Fantastic location, walk to the end of the street and you have the sea and old town right there. The property was clean, cool (summer time so it was hot!) and offered everything we needed, we were in the apartment. The hosts were lovely and happy to leave us to it. The free parking ticket was an added bonus. Would 100% recommend.

Great location and friendly hosts

The apartment was situated almost in the centre of Poreč. The staff was very friendly and helpful and also organized a free parking for us. The room was clean with all necessary equipment. We could also check in earlier, which we really appreciated.

The room was a little bit darker, as the window led to a small inner patio. But thanks to this, we could sleep longer in the morning. :)

Location and room were very good.

Shower head kept falling down so had to hold it to shower. Bed was not very comfortable. We stayed 2 nights - first night was ok, second night we hardly got any sleep - think new guests may have arrived late - talking in the hall, front door being opened and closed loudly throughout the night. It’s a shame as it’s left us with a not so good impression of this accommodation.

It was very close to the city centre, location is amazing. Also the free parking was nearby. Appartment was spacious and clean. Also fridge was in the room. Bed is very comfortable.

The location is perfect. Close to the beach and city center. The host managed for us free parking in a close parking lot, that was very comfortable. They are very flexible with the check in and out.

La posizione è ottima, proprietari disponibili e simpatici

Non c'era il piatto per terra della doccia, il risultato era un macello dopo ogni doccia.. le lenzuola erano consumate e davano fastidio alla pelle, soprattutto dopo aver preso il sole. Siamo stati una settimana e la stanza non è stata mai pulita, gli Asciugamani erano però disponibili fuori dalla stanza in una sorta di mobile.

Čisté a pohodlné ubytovanie na okraji historického centra

Boli sme na víkend, len na 2 noci. Komunikácia s majiteľmi bola bezproblémová, pri príchode sme dostali kartu na bezplatné parkovanie. Parkovisko bolo cca 1km od ubytovania, ale auto sme nepotrebovali. Mali sme plážový vozík, ktorý sme mohli nechať na prízemí. Ubytovaní sme boli v apartmáne. Ten nebol luxusne zariadený, ale bol čistý, tichý a pohodlný. Ubytovanie je na kraji historického centra a snáď 50m od mora. Na prechádzky ideálne. Blízko sú tiež lacné obchody - pekáreň a potraviny, kde nebol problém kúpiť akýkoľvek tovar pre tých, čo si sami varia. My sme boli veľmi spokojní.

Nasledujúce veci nie sú negatívom, ale pre niekoho môžu znamenať problém: 1. Blízkosť historického centra znamená, že je problém s parkovaním, ak chcete čo i len vyložiť či naložiť auto, treba s tým rátať. 2. Pláže nie sú úplne blízko a treba rátať 10-15min na presun pešo. My sme sa na to vopred prichystali a mali zo sebou plážový vozík, ktorý nám v tomto veľmi pomohol. 3. Apartmán je na 2. poschodí. Ak niekto má problém zo schodmi, tak to nie je pre neho.

Odlična lokacija, blizu starog grada i centra dešavanja. Vrlo ljubazni domaćini.

Parking je udaljen 10-tak minuta pešaka, nama je to bilo OK, ko ne voli da pešaci po suncu može imati problem... Da biste upalili klimu tj ventilator morate upaliti i svetlo koje je baš jako, sitnica koja može biti veoma iritantna
