Located in the preferred and quietest building, Kihei Akahi D-G04, this ground floor condo is meticulously maintained, and has been nicely updated in a contemporary, tropical tone. Upgraded and fully equipped kitchen features bamboo cabinets, granite counters, and gas range and Split AC!
This cool and quiet condo, located directly across the street from one of Maui's "postcard" beaches (Kamaole II), is close to everything: walk to a dozen nearby restaurants, shop, have coffee, and relax at the beach. Local art and decor speak to a tasteful island vibe. Access the unit via a smart digital lock and enjoy free Wi-Fi and fast Spectrum internet.
Walk directly out of your living room to your private lanai, or browse the marked, botanical gardens on site. The property features two pools and tennis courts. Beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella and a cooler are provided of your use. We are a family of four and have been to Maui numerous times in the past. I like the location as it is in the south part of Kihei, which is close to Wailea where we visit lots of times. The condo is set back from S. Kihei Rd., which makes it a little bit quieter. It will depend on your neighbors, especially above to determine if you hear them or not. We didn't have any neighbours above us that were noisy for the first six days of our trip, but then there was a little bit of noise on the last day from our neighbors, which was minimal but noticeable. It was a good unit. We were very happyno complaints.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at this unit. It was super clean, well equipped kitchen for cooking quick meals, great location to walk to beach, restaurants, shops. We has an amazing time!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kihei Akahi! The location is perfect to enjoy multiple beaches , restaurants and shops! The central location allows for easy access to reach the rest of the island! The property is always clean with friendly staff! The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean! The property host was outstanding and their communication was excellent! Check in and out was seamless! We always book a water view condo but we really enjoyed the lanai and view we had! It felt like more space on the ground level and no elevators! The condo location in the building was very quiet and the air conditioning in both rooms was amazing! We will definitely try to stay there again!
