About this apartment rental
Kamaole Beach Royale #406 is an updated one-bedroom, one-bath condo with a panoramic ocean view and a great location in the heart of South Kihei. Kamaole Beach Park I is just a short walk away, and you'll have restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and plenty of other conveniences nearby.
The private lanai is one of our favorite features of this condo. It's a great place to have your morning coffee, enjoy a meal, or sit back with a drink and watch the sunset over the Pacific. During whale season, keep an eye on the water—you may even spot whales from the lanai.
Inside, the condo is comfortable and well stocked for your stay. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, and the in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays especially convenient.
The bedroom has a California king bed, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and split-system A/C. In the living room, you'll find a queen sofa bed, large flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and wall-unit A/C. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also included.
Heading to the beach? Beach chairs and beach towels are provided, so it's easy to pack up and spend the day at Kamaole Beach I or explore some of South Maui's other beautiful beaches. This unit sleeps up to 4 guests.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

Kamaole Beach Royale is centrally located across the street from Kamaole Beach Park #1; a white sandy beach in South Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. It has lush tropical landscaping, a swimming pool, covered, open-parking, and a rooftop pavilion to barbecue and watch breathtaking sunsets. The central location is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and beaches, and it is a short drive away from the famous golf courses of Wailea, Maui.

Great unit! Enjoyed 10 days there over the Christmas and new years weeks. We love this location close to the beach but out of the fray and you can hear the ocean at night while you sleep. Place is well equipped and has two split units which is great so you have a cool bedroom too.

We stayed in Maui for 6 nights. The beds in this condo were terrible and the sheets were so cheap. The floors were dirty. Beach unbrella was broken. It was just an ok sleep stay. Location was great!
