Kamaole Beach Royale #410 is centrally located to nearby restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and recreation; but many simply love to enjoy the panoramic ocean views and sunsets from the comfortable balcony. The unit is well-stocked with everything you'll need during your stay; it is tastefully decorated. There are two bedrooms and two baths, AC in the living room & guest bedroom, with ceiling fans throughout. There is a King bed in the master bedroom and two Twin beds in the guest bedroom (that can be converted to a King bed upon request). There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room. Unit sleeps up to 5 guests. There is a fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs and a washer and dryer in the unit. Kamaole Beach Royale #410 is also equipped with beach equipment for your daily getaways. This unit is in the heart of South Kihei and perfect for those seeking the convenience of being right in the center of the action! Note: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit.

The central location is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and beaches, and it is a short drive away from the famous golf courses of Wailea, Maui.

We can’t say enough good things about this property. Our unit had absolutely everything we needed. When we arrived, we called to say we needed sheets for the sofa bed. Someone quickly responded and brought what we needed. The location was amazing. It was a 1 minute walk to beautiful Kihei beach.

As soon as we arrived, I understood why this property has so many glowing reviews. First of all, it was spotlessly clean — something I always appreciate. Then there’s the view: waking up in the master bedroom to the sight of the ocean, palm trees, and crashing waves is just magical. You can watch the sunset right from your balcony, stroll across the street to the grassy area by the beach, or walk down to the sand for an effortless sunset experience — absolutely stunning.The location is perfect: walking distance to an ABC store, great restaurants, snorkel rentals, and more. The unit is also incredibly well-stocked — dishwasher, washer and dryer, two coffee makers, towels, beach chairs — it truly feels like someone thoughtful prepared this place with everything you might need.
