Haus Antje

Die Lage ist traumhaft, in der Oberstadt von Cochem. Damit ist man entfernt vom Trubel der Touristenströme, die (meist von Kreuzfahrtschiffen kommend) die Altstadt fluten. Trotzdem sind die Altstadt und die Wanderwege gut zu erreichen. Außerdem hat man einen wunderschönen Blick vom Balkon oder den Fenstern auf die Reichburg, die Altstadt und das gegenüberliegende Ufer. Ein eigener Parkplatz steht gegen Bezahlung zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer sind geräumig.

Trotz vorhandenem Platz gibt es kein Mobiliar um die Kleidung nach verregneten Tagen oder auch einmal das Badetuch vernünftig aufzuhängen.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Haus Antje and can highly praise location, general condition of the apartment and the host. We liked the quiet residential area on a higher elevation of Cochem (there is an hourly bus service if you don’t like picturesque but steep streets and lanes) and the good-sized balcony; the view across town, Reichsburg Castle and the wider Mosel valley is spectacular. The apartment itself is of a comfortable size, spotlessly clean, well furnished and equipped with everything one could want in a holiday accommodation, including good quality bedding and towels. The kitchen might be small but it contains every necessary item. Particular praise must go to the apartment’s owner: friendly, reliable, quick to respond to special requests and providing a service that goes above and beyond, including pick up and return transfer from and to Cochem station. She even found us a pair of binoculars when we realised we had forgotten ours! We can’t recommend Haus Antje highly enough and would happily stay here again.

Vlak bij het centrum , en mooi uitzicht op het kasteel.

Appartement is in prijs te hoog , door slecht warmwater voorzieningen. Een wat verouderd appartement. En wat wij nog nooit hebben gehad , €4 betalen per nacht op eigen grond voor de auto.
