About this villa rental
Magnificent villa in style mixing tradition and modernity. It consists of 4 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 13 people. The villa has a private swimming pool.
On the ground floor, you will find a Moroccan living room, a modern living room, a TV corner, a fireplace, a dining room and an equipped kitchen. There are also two sofa beds.
The first bedroom with its adjoining bathroom is at the entrance.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and 3 sofa beds.
The total area is 800 m²: 470 m² for the villa and 330 m² for the garden.
Outside there is a dining area, the garden and a private swimming pool (4m x 8m).
We also have a baby cot (available on request)
The area is close to 3 prestigious golf courses: Golf Royal, Golf Amelkis and Golf Al Maaden
The villa is located within the Jnan Zeitoun estate, a secure residence, on the road to Ouarzazate, 15-20 minutes from the city center.
Maximum capacity: 10 people (8 adults and 2 children).
There is a security deposit upon arrival.
Here are our rules:
(1) Guests are strictly forbidden. It’s against the law.
(2) Parties/events are not allowed
(3) Loud music is not allowed. Please respect the neighbours
(4) Smoking inside is not allowed.
(5) the house must be clean when you leave
(6) we don’t accept groups of men

Great villa in a quiet and safe resort. It is tastefully designed. The owner and employees are always responsive if you need anything.
We spent a weekend at this property while travelling across Morocco. Highly recommended
