Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Convenient, comfortable and quiet. Well stocked. Great access to lodge with gondola, pool, hot tubs and gym. Tennis tent in back, so not much of a view.

The gondola near the property to base area is really convenient and the apartment itself is spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Walking distance to hot tubs as well.
It isn’t fancy but it was comfortable.
Overall, this was a good fit for us, but there were a couple downsides:
1. The unit smelled like garbage - we couldn’t figure out where the odor was. We weren’t keeping trash inside but suspect it might have been from the disposal or possibly an air intake (close to the trash building).
2. Floor was unclean in some spots - super dusty.
3. We weren’t able to get basics like towels and coffee restocked. The front desk couldn’t locate these items and no housekeeping service is provided.
