Location, laundry in apt, clean, easy access to apt, parking.
The price is high for a one bedroom. I understand this is a Steamboat problem.
Could use more bowls and drinking glasses, heat was difficult to regulate. And when turned heat on even low it was way too hot.

Nice patio, good location, nice kitchen. Decor was ok but bedroom can use some work
We did not get an email with 10 digit code to enter property. Called customer service and had at least 3 calls to get it resolved and not sure if ever was resolved because we never had access to any of the facilities. Room did not have a coffee maker even though there were filters and coffee packets. No directions to connect to the wifi, password was provided but had to guess on the network. No fan or any way to adjust the heat or cooling. No information on property or facilities
