The benefits are endless and it all starts with its tremendous location, across the street from the neighborhood’s private gondola that takes you directly to the base area. You are only 3 miles from downtown and can easily get there or other locations within Steamboat with our shuttle service (winter only).
First Tracks also boasts access to the best amenities in town, across the street at Trailhead Lodge. The pool area is unrivaled offering a large, heated pool and 3 rocky mountain style hot tubs, all with gorgeous mountain views. You’ll also have access to a state of the art fitness center, game room (with a pool table and foosball table) and a beautiful community grilling area with 2 large gas grills and a fire pit.
First Tracks 4306 is perfect for families, two to three couples or a boy or girls trip. The unit itself has been beautifully updated with fabulous fixtures, furnishings, flooring and furniture throughout.
Enter the two bedroom, two bathroom, top floor condo and find a convenient entry area with cubbies, hooks and a bench.
The open living area features a stunning modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gorgeous quartz countertops and everything you need and more, to stay in and make a meal. The bar stools at the kitchen counter make a great place to dine, have a beverage or keep the chef company.
Sit back and relax on the comfortable sofa and club chairs and watch a game, movie or show on the large flat screen TV.
The private deck off of the living area has seating to enjoy the Colorado outdoors and some vistas of the Flat Top Mountains and Yampa Valley.

This light, recently renovated condo is a great location for exploring the Steamboat Springs area. comfortable beds, plenty of counter space in the kitchen, updated appliances and balcony offer room for a couple or small group to enjoy. The nearby amenities are awesome and the free bus is a short walk away, as is the tennis and pickleball center.

We thoroughly enjoyed the location of this condo and access to the Gondola that we used to go to base of Mountain to ski. The Condo was clean, nicely kept and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We definitely will book again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay and can’t say enough about our 3 nights there. Daily trips to the pool, tennis courts as well as close proximity to village area.

Condo was at 52 degrees when we arrived. Internet service very poor. TV steaming impossible. Floors could have been cleaner. Door access very difficult due to loose latch.
