Everything was smooth and seamless. The property owner gave very clear instructions of everything I needed to know including suggestions on restaurants nearby for dinner. The property is in a convenient location with City Market and a Walmart just 2 minutes away. My family loved the fact that we saw a moose and a bear all in the same day directly out of our door. I go fishing and it's only 15 minutes to Stagecoach Reservoir so that was great for me. The pool area was fun and very clean. They have beautiful hot tubs. The Barbecue area was very convenient after swimming to grill and have dinner. The fitness center was amazing. I expected something small but it was pretty big with a large selection of machines to use. The condo was clean and supplied with everything we needed. I look forward to my stay here again for my next fishing trip.

We loved the place! They had everything you needed as far as washer/dryer, everything you needed as far as cooking your own meals, even left extra trash bags and cleaning things for the days you decided to stay in instead of going out. The owner was very quick in response to when I accidentally left my phone in there and forgot the code to get back in (as we were unpacking the car.) I will definitely come back!!!

This property is in a fantastic location; across the street from the gondola to the base and from a beautiful pool/hot tub complex. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the owner was very responsive with instructions. We would definitely book here again when back in Steamboat.

We had a great experience for our Christmas trip to Steamboat Springs. Communication with Daniel was excellent! We were able to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out, which made our transportation to the airport work smoothly. The location is really convenient for skiing, and we loved relaxing in the nearby hot tubs after skiing.

I absolutely would recommend and would certainly stay here again! My number one criterion for rentals is that I get a good night's sleep. I'm happy to say the bedding was really comfortable and everyone slept well. The host, Dan, was amazing and I never had an issue getting a response to any questions which came up. Due to the layout and size of the unit, there is no official dining table, but we set up at the large counter or used the coffee table to play games and everything worked out great.

This property was great. The amenities with the nearby Trailhead Lodge really mede the stay. The pool was better than most condo pools I've seen. I assume part of the relative affordability is due to the fact the the view from the balcony is basically tennis bubble (is it still called the tennis bubble? That's what it was when I was a kid). Anyways, limited view, but nice condo. Wouldn't say the kitchen is "well appointed" but I'm a bit of a cooking snob used to my own kitchen. Basic pots and pans are provided, which is to be expected. Overall, great experience. My wife kept saying we need to lock this place down for next year.

The condo was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen was really well stocked and plenty of space. The pool & hot tubs were wonderful, beautiful property. The only negative is there’s not really a view off the deck, huge tennis dome is what you see. But otherwise a great place and really good value. Dan was an excellent host.

The place was nice and close to a lot of activities we were planning for the weekend. I thought it had all the items necessary. The bed is super comfy. The owner provided some very nice tips for things to have close by, which was great! The only things that I could say could be improved is that the main bedroom was missing the tv shown in the pictures (no big deal), and the rec room in the neighboring building had a pool table, but it was really old and the pockets were broken. A tip: keep your lanyard for the pool/hot tub on you at all times. I walked into the pool area without it from the locker room and had to get someone to let me back into building/locker room (my mistake). :)

It is incredible generous for Daniel to offer this rental at the price he does. You are a short (free) gondola ride away from the heart of Steamboat skiing/snowboarding and minutes away from the downtown. The proximity to such popular tourist attractions is amazing! We took advantage of it for a getaway with some friends and a mental health getaway for myself. Between the hot springs and the amenities right on site (hot tubs, gondola, restaurants), we got to do it all. The place was spacious and comfortable. We will absolutely be back! Thank you Daniel!

This condo was as close to being a ski in ski out without being ski in ski out. Being next door to the Wildhorse gondola made this a super convenient location (and choosing a ski rental that kept our skis at the base was key). Very comfortable condo, we were able to enjoy meals in the nice kitchen and it was very modern Excellent communications with the owner and will definitely rent again in future visits to Steamboat.

The property was as advertised and met all expectations. It was clean, simply decorated and supplied with everything we needed. The short walk to the wild horse gondola was ideal and convenient to access the base of the mountain in minutes. Access to the lodge pool, hot tubs and amenities was a treat! Lovely property. Plenty of room for us 4 women who stayed there. The shuttle bus to the ski slopes was about two blocks away and then a short ride to the gondola. Parking right out front. Fabulous location to reach everything quickly. Property manager was very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend This property. Great value for your money👍
