Convenient to gondola, clean facility and friendly staff.
Wash machine broke in our room. Master bedroom shower was tiny. Weird shallow kitchen sink.

staffed front lobby made it easy to ask questions, get keys, have grocery delivery etc. The location to the gondola was perfect. Walk immediately out the front door and you are on the gondola to the base of the mountain

Great location with the Wild Horse Gondola being next to the property. Free shuttle via app was great! Elevators were prompt & extremely fast. They hosted a nice wine & cheese/snacks welcome one day in the lobby.
The bed was not comfortable and pillows were small & not fluffy. The room was hot. We kept the thermostat on 63 but the temperature in the room would not go below 71 unless we opened the porch door to let cold air in. The TV was small and hard to see at an angle from the bed. Kids were running around & loud in the unit above us until 10-11pm most nights.
