I must say Redisha (apologies if i spelled her name incorrectly) she was wonderful and communicative. Family loved it! Hot tubs and pool were wonderful.

3 days in Steamboat

My husband and I stayed here and had the best time. The accommodations were incredible, the hot tubs and pool were immaculate and overall a great experience. The room was perfect for us, even though a king bed would have been nice but that was so low on our list. I wish we would have stayed for 5 nights, very relaxing and beautiful views. It is about a 4 minute drive to downtown and we spent all 3 nights at amazing restaurants and came back and sat in the hot tub. GREAT place and can't wait to do it again next summer. Thank you!

The condo and facilities were beautiful

The condo was beautiful and very comfortable, only complaint I have is the restrictions on guests, We were meeting family in Steamboat and it would have been nice to have them over for dinner but we were not allowed to exceed our max occupancy of 6- even if was not overnight. there was plenty of room to entertain , so it was very disappointing

The air conditioner was a bit too cool We had considerable trouble finding NBC to watch the US Open. Finally had to have the front desk clerk navigate ROKU Regular TV access stated that they were having trouble connecting to the network.

Nice condo, very comfortable.

The location was great and the condo was incredibly comfortable and spacious.

The reason I didn't give all excellent ratings is that there was roof repairs occurring during our stay which made it kind of loud during the day. We weren't made aware of this until the day before we arrived. The roofing activities extend until June 2025. We were on the 3rd floor. The other reason is there was no hot water, which we didn't realize until day 2 when trying to take a shower (cold). This was okay for me and my mom as we're pretty casual and weren't excercising or anything, but had we been it would have been hard to go without a warm shower.

We loved our stay at trailhead lodge. Great check in experience, easy access to mountain with ski and boot storage, and the vacasa shuttle to get around town was a great bonus.

Perfect for our family of 5!

Fantastic location and amenities for our family of 5. The gondola made access to the base a breeze, and was especially a plus for spring skiing when ski in/out becomes a little more difficult. We will be back!

Great location in Steamboat!

The location was convenient to downtown Steamboat and all other activities we took part in. The hot tubs were a nice feature and appreciated after long days. The parking garage was nice given that it was secure and was coded entry. Fastest elevators ever and it was appreciated!

Our room had the worst AC unit. The vent tube was sticking out the balcony door and held together by blue painters tape, cardboard and vinyl. Every time we wanted to open the balcony door, the AC concoction would jam up and prevent us from opening the door without it all coming undone. We almost tripped several times. It got to the point after several days, we just quit going on the balcony which sucked. On top of that, it was the loudest AC unit I've ever encountered. Really messed with our sleep.

The location and staff were excellent, the building and its amenities are all modern and well maintained.

There was a sewer smell in the central elevator shaft at the lower floors with sound of rushing water below it. We lost hot water for 24h which was an inconvenience but probably a fluke.

Trailhead lodge was an excellent choice for our first trip to Steamboat.

Friendly staff, easy check in, no fuss, and we were allowed in the room right at the time of check in. Enjoyed the large vestibule upon entry where we waited for our room to be available. The hot cookie and tea that was available at check in was a nice touch. The location was the absolute best. The free shuttle was a game changer and we used it daily. The service was quick and reliable. Only one shuttle driver was a bit rude, but the rest of the drivers were great and friendly as well as helpful. I would stay here again in a second. We loved Steamboat and our cozy home for 8 days. I want to give a shout out to the lady that gave us a ride to the local grocery store as the Vacasa shuttle line was busy the day we checked in, which was the only time that happened by the way. She was leaving work and just dropped us off. I was blessed by this simple act of kindness and I pray she is blessed a thousand fold. I just wish I could remember her name. But THANK YOU !! Overall a fantastic experience and one of our favorite trips to date.

Minor complaints: Shower curtain was in need of replacement or a good cleaning, as it was a bit moldy at the bottom Toilet had to be flushed over and over and over to get even one piece of toilet paper to pass down, we did report this the day we left, so I am sure that has been attended to. The room temperature was hard to control, was too warm for me at night, even though I was able to change the set temperature on the thermostat. BUT THANK the good LORD above that my husband found a fan and that made all of the difference. I also used the humidifier that was in the room, which helped alleviate the dry air.

Pool and gym below can get a little noisy from time to time. Game room the other kids staying there not under a lot supervision and they broke the pool table. Another room on second floor adult s were smoking weed on the balcony and screaming one night

Great place to stay! Would definitely stay there again!

Front desk person was friendly and helpful. Loved the short gondola ride up to base and operators were always nice. The property felt quiet and secluded while still being "right there". Vacasa transportation worked really well to get us around so we did not have to rent a car. We shipped our skis and there was no problem - they were waiting for us in the lobby.

Very minor - TV- Dish was not working and a bedroom lightbulb was out. Also - directions on how to unlock the stove would be helpful - maybe post on the side of the fridge where there was other information. We found it on-line though.

The facility is nice and has good amenities and the proximity to the Wildhorse gondola is excellent. The specific unit was reasonably well equipped for being a mini-kitchen and simple meal preparation worked well. It was a desirable studio well-suited for two people (even though I was solo).

There is too little sound insulation between floors...or the unit above me housed a herd of elephants. There was near constant stomping back and forth and it was disruptive. The floors were very slippery unless you were wearing shoes, but the owners request no shoes in unit...so I almost fell on several occasions. Also, the kitchen sink is too small. One wouldn't be doing major cooking in the mini-kitchen, but the sink makes cleaning a skillet a challenge.

Attractive property with great amenities, but needs working A/C

The lodge is really nice. The apartment was attractive and well appointed. Everything in the apartment and lodge was very clean. It was so nice to have a full kitchen with all the items necessary to cooking and cleaning up. Having a washer and dryer was great too. The apartment was well stocked with towels, extra toilet paper, Kleenex, dish soap, even little boxes of laundry detergent. All we had to bring with us was clothes and food. I also liked that the lodge has a nice pizza place next door. It was pretty hot while we were there so we used the pool and that was nice as well.

Our visit was during a heat wave in July. When booking, I knew many places in Colorado do not have air conditioning and having visited during a heat wave in the past, I wanted to make sure we stayed somewhere that had it. The booking said our apartment had A/C, but either the unit did not work or it was woefully inadequate. Our room faced west and the sun beat on the windows in the afternoon and evening. With the A/C supposedly on, our room got up to 80º the first and second day. I spoke to the front desk and she promised to send someone up, but in spite of him "restarting" the system it made no difference. We simply had to not be in our room after 1 pm until the sun went down and we could open up the windows and use fans to cool it off. I would have given the whole stay 4 stars if the A/C would have worked.
