Convenient to gondola, clean facility and friendly staff.
Wash machine broke in our room. Master bedroom shower was tiny. Weird shallow kitchen sink.

staffed front lobby made it easy to ask questions, get keys, have grocery delivery etc. The location to the gondola was perfect. Walk immediately out the front door and you are on the gondola to the base of the mountain

Convenient location with private gondola to base. Good shuttle service to town.
We have stayed at Trailhead a few times over the years. It was great when new with good service. However cleaning service has deteriorated - the first time there was daily service , then later reduced to a mid week clean. This year there was no cleaning at all during our week stay and no cleaning supplies in apartment. Also shocked that they no longer supply robes to go down to pool!
Our particular unit 2113 , a studio , had terrible lighting!! None at all at one end of apartment- could not read on sectional sofa. Also there were no hooks anywhere to hang bath robes , ski jackets etc. Terrace was dirty and no pads on outside chairs. Fridge needed defrosting .
We had previously stayed in larger one bed plus apartments which were much better furnished .
