Le gite etais parfait, tres confortable. Le jardin et le vue tres beaux. Nous Esperons de retourner a Gites de la Doye encore dans l'avenir. This time in English! We had a fantastic holiday in Chalet Ammonite, Yvette made us very welcome and looked after everything we needed. The chalet was very comfortable and warm, especially with a lovely log fire every night. The position of the chalet is perfect, quiet, beautiful views and the river running through the garden created a real sense of calm and relaxation. There were plenty of excellent walks nearby so the car was not needed everyday however it is in a perfect spot to explore the area, within an hours drive we found lakes, rivers, caves, waterfalls, snow, vineyards, markets, museums, and much more. The village has an excellent small shop for basic needs and the restaurant "Chez Marie et Patricia" was brilliant. I recommend a cookery course with Christian, we had great fun and learned lots of tips from him and improved our French too.All finished off with a lovely meal.We certainly hope to visit again in the future.

C'est un chalet de montagne spacieux, dans un cadre hyper agréable et très calme. Quelques améliorations seraient quand même très appréciées, comme par exemple de changer le rideau de douche qui porte de nombreuses traces de moisissure, la moustiquaire de la chambre du RdC qui est "raffistolée" avec du scotch, le volet occultant de la chambre du 1er étage très abimé. Le must serait une clim pour le 1er étage où la chaleur est à la limite du supportable compte tenu des sous-pentes et des vélux. Avoçns bien apprécié l'amabilité et les conseils touristiques et gastronomiques de notre logeuse.

Tout était nickel. Beaucoup d'activités et de lieux à visiter dans les alentours. Mme et Mr sont incroyablement bienveillants et de bons conseils. Riviere juste derrière qui nous a bien rafraîchie pendant cette semaine à 35 degré. Rien à dire allez-y les yeux fermé. Au plaisir d'y retourner bientôt ❤⛰️

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt trotz schlechten Wetters. Dank des Holzofens wurde es in der Gite auch nicht zu kalt. Toll ist der Außenbereich, der viel Platz zum Spielen und Entspannen bietet. Das nahegelegene Dorf bietet nicht allzu viel, hat aber einen netten kleinen Laden, indem man Käse, Wein und ein wenig anderes kaufen kann. Brot auf Vorbestellung. Toll ist der Klettersteig, für den an der örtlichen Bar, in der es manchmal auch etwas zu essen gibt, die Ausrüstung geliehen werden kann.

Le cadre est magnifique, calme et reposant, l'environnement entretenu avec soin par les propriétaires. Le chalet Ammonites est très confortable et très bien équipé. On a l'impression d'être chez nous. Les sites touristiques ne manquent pas dans cette belle région, source du Lison, Mont Poupet, Salins et ses salines, Arbois etc... Après une bonne journée de ballade, se retrouver au calme dans le domaine de la Doye est un vrai plaisir. Les propriétaires sont chaleureux et "aux petits soins" pour les locataires. Je recommande à 100 pour 100 ce lieu de vacances qui plus est, a un coût raisonnable. Cela fait 2 fois que je loue un gite et y reviendrais sans aucun doute.

very nice place to be and recreate from everydays trouble. so quite and green site. no noise just silence due to having been alone at our stay. even the river was not audible (less water). The chalet itself offers everything you need. WiFi almost ok, sometimes a little weak. TV could also offer not French chaines. But TV is not really necessary. We liked the fire in the chimney. it's better than the electr. radiators. For Germans the French grand lits are sometimes a problem. Also the couvertures. We would prefer larger beds and one quilt for everyone. But that's French style. OK The environment is lovely and interesting. infrastructure is sufficient. people at the laiterie are so nice. Restaurant Chez Marie super place to have diner. Walks are signed out very well. Doing the walks requires sometimes really good condition. We liked it.we really believe that we come back again one day.

Sehr schönes Chalet in fantastischer Lage direkt am Fluß

Das Chalet liegt sehr schön direkt am Flüsschen Lison. Es war sehr sauber und die Betten waren bequem. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns viele Tips gegeben. Wer die Ruhe sucht und viel Privatsphäre haben möchte ist hier genau richtig. Unmittelbar in der Nähe befinden sich die Source du Lison, Grotte Sarrazin und die Tailanderie, eine alte Schmiede, welche man unbedingt besuchen sollte. Im Dorf findet man ein gutes Restaurant und eine Käserei die 7 Tage die Woche geöffnet hat und auch regionale Produkte verkauft. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön in gepflegtem großem Wiesengrundstück /Garten direkt am Forellenfluss Lison, ist komfortabel und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht und die Besitzer sind ausgespochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine Vielzahl von interessanten und schönen Besichtigungs- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung machen einen Urlaub hier rundum perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt und können das schöne Haus nur empfehlen. Unser Hund übrigens auch.

Das Chalet bietet einen idealen Ausgangspunkt um zu wandern. Die Ruhe lässt einen schnell den Alltagstrott vergessen. Die Vermieter Paccard waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Im Haus "Ammonite" haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt: die Lage ist wunderbar, mit Terrasse und großem Garten direkt am Fluss Lison. Verschiedene Wanderwege führen direkt am Grundstück vorbei. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet, mit offenem Kamin und alten, stilvollen Möbeln,die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.Die Betten sind bequem, allerdings ist die Matratze im oberen Doppelbett schon etwas "in die Jahre gekommen". Das Haus liegt außerhalb des Dorfes, dort ist man aber in 10 Minuten zu Fuß,;es gibt einen Laden für örtliche Produkte und ein sehr nettes Restaurant. Die Besitzer Christian und Yvette waren sehr freundlich, wir haben dort einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht.

Bien situé et très au calme mais un ménage à la javelle et nettoyage des sanitaire et évier avec pâte pour émail et inox n'a pas été jugé suffisant. Nous devions utiliser les mêmes produits que ceux de la propriétaire, produits non mis à disposition avant le départ. De plus, Nous aurions dû cirer les meubles (buffet Henri II) et nettoyer les chaises longues en toile en les passant sous l'eau. Pour les vitres l'exigence a été levée. Nous avons donc dû payer une partie du ménage bien que laissant le gîte dans l'état trouvé en début de séjour. 2 occupants durant une semaine passée essentiellement dehors...

Unsere Aufenthaltsdauer: Ende Mai, 1 Woche (Paar, 56/63) Im gepflegten Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt für einen entspannten Urlaub. Ein paar Gartenliegen fehlen, aber sonst alles perfekt. Schöne Kaminfeuer , vorbereitete Holzscheite verschönern manchen Abend, auch wenn es von der Temperatur noch kühler ist. Ein entspanntes Boule-Spiel auf der eigenen Boulebahn lässt französisches Lebensgefühl aufkommen. In Nans sous Saint Anne in der Laitterie kann man kleinere Einkäufe tätigen, frisches Brot, guten Käse, Wein. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war gut. Wer Interesse hat an Botanik, Landschaft, Kanu, Radfahren, Klettern und Wandern ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Eine sehr schöne Fluß-Tallandschaft von beeindruckender Schönheit und Vielfalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
