This beautiful family house with typical modern architecture is situated in little village of Bisko, in magnificent Dalmatian hinterland. And it is only 20 km away from Split, main city of Dalmatia. Also, the house is only 4 km away from a small town Trilj where you can find restaurants, caffe bars, supermarkets. In area where is the house you have small market Toni (1 min with car).
The house position is ideal because the Adriatic coast with beautiful beaches is only fifteen minutes drive, together with dalmatian cultural, shopping and entertainment centre - Split.
But if you prefer to avoiding crowded public areas of the big city, you can enjoy the culture and convenience of the little picturesque town of Trilj, which offers many traditional events, lovely promenade by the river Cetina and is situated only 2 km away.
The mansion is surrounded by a huge garden with oak-trees, linden-trees, cypresses and a terrace full of many Mediterranean plants, where one can enjoy pleasant stay outside.
The swimming-pool, protected with the greenery from the curious visitors, is situated behind the house, dimensions of the pool is 70m2. Near the swimming-pool is a spacious terrace with pergola, perfect for afternoon tea or to simply sit and relax enjoying the climate full of sunshine with a light breeze, 340 m above sea level.

Had such a lovely time in Bisko Anna is an excellent host giving us local info and communication was great. The villa was so well equipt with everything you needed from the welcome pack to even washing powder. A car is a must to visit the local area - but the best of all was the large pool my grandchildren loved it.

A beautiful house and a pool & terrace to die for!
We felt really chilled here (despite the heat) & Anna was a perfect host.
Great base for visiting Split and Cetina river activities.
And did I already say the pool is amazing!

Die Lage ist sehr abgelegt, also ein Auto ist ein muss.
Es ist sehr ruhig bis auf die ab und zu rasenden Motorräder
und die Kirchenglocke die einen gerne mal schon früh wecken.
Kann es aber nur weiter empfehlen!!!

The villa is in a quiet, rural, village location (which was perfect for us) so you do need a car to get around but the roads are very good and it is easy to find your way around. It is about a 20 min drive to Split and we found it to be a perfect base for exploring Dalmatia. The villa itself was lovely, clean and very well equipped with everything you need. The pool and garden are great. There is a local supermarket which is well stocked with everyday essentials and delicious fresh bread/baguettes on a daily basis.However, for us, the stand out feature of this villa is Anna and Andelka - we have stayed in many villas abroad and in the UK but their hospitality was on a different level. Responses to our initial enquiries were prompt and helpful and all through the booking process nothing was too much trouble. Their warm and friendly welcome was much appreciated and they were available all through our stay for help and advice. Genuinely amazing people and the world would be a better place if there were more like Anna and Andelka on it!This was our first visit to Croatia but we will definitely be back!
