Lokasi yang sangat hampir dengan KTM Padang Besar untuk ke Thailand. Mudah untuk dapatkan kunci. Keadaan rumah yang selamat. Bilik air bersih dan terjaga.
1- Terdapat habuk dan sampah di bawah katil yang tidak dibersihkan.(Perkara asas untuk kebersihan) 2- Pintu utama yang telus hingga nampak orang dari luar ke dalam. Tiada langsir untuk menghalang dari nampak ke dalam rumah. Perlu tinted gelap untuk lebih privasi. Ini perkara asas yang perlu ada. Lain-lain, adalah baik dan teratur.
