Property is near the train station Pedang Besar, owner is friendly and easy to communicate with, very clear with directions & location.
Had dust on the shelves and light - my wife is sensitive to too much dust. Pump water system is a little noisy. No elevator, but we knew that already. Smart locks - removes need for physical keys, but feels unsafe or uncomfortable as anyone with code can enter.

Very convenient location, next to the immigration.
Ok for the price in Malaysia standard compare to Thailand. Sure with that price Thailand offer much better value.
The bathroom and bedroom is only separated by a sliding door, make all the smell and noise transfer to the bedroom easily.
The shower drainage is clogged with hair, and overall the whole room and toilet just feel not thoroughly clean, you will find corners with dirt everywhere.
