Very comfy accommodation and great location. We stayed during a heat wave in Seattle, and while the window a/c unit eventually cooled the space, it wasn't ideal for the hot weather. For normal Seattle temps, I'd highly recommend.

This was an awesome place to stay! "Charming cottage" is a perfect description of it. Andrew and his wife, who greeted us during our time there, have created a beautiful space which had everything we needed for our stay. We were delighted to stay in such a lovely place close to our Seattle family and friends. If I could, I would give this place (6) stars!

Exactly as described cute clean above garage studio complete with a small kitchenette and coffee and a lovely shower with nice amenities. Bed was comfortable and also had a large TV to stream. Easily accessible parking through the back alley straight to your dedicated spot and private entrance. The Ravenna neighborhood is so cute with old architecture and great food, Andrew is also extremely easy going and communicative. Would highly recommend if passing through and need a safe comfortable space to rest.

We had a great time, and this spot was the perfect place for us to visit the Danby Trolls in the Seattle area. We also enjoyed a short hop into Vancouver BC for a Hockey game as well as a Hockey game in Seattle! The neighborhood was lovely, as was the home. We felt safe walking and riding public transport which is the best way to get around Seattle quickly. You might need to drive and park for free at a station, but that is so much better than trying to work your way through downtown Seattle.

A lovely unit in a quaint and quiet neighborhood with many food, coffee even shopping options that are an easy walk. We were in Seattle for an event at UW, this was super convenient. The unit was clean, private, well appointed and had everything we needed. Communication was prompt and the host provided clear directions for access. We would definitely stay again.

I was in Seattle to help my daughter move to Portland. This place was perfect. Great location near University Village and Seattle Children’s Hospital. My daughter graduated from the first year Pharmacy Residency Program there so it was important to be close to the hospital as she ended this chapter of her life.

Andrew has prepared an immaculate, well proportioned and tastefully decorated space. The quiet neighborhood setting added a peaceful park like setting with all the beautiful plants, flowers and trees growing throughout. My husband and I were able to prepare simple meals with the appliances provided and we loved all the recommendations for local eateries and coffee shops. The bathroom was like a spa visit with a spacious shower and an amazing shower head as well as lovely aromatic soaps, shampoo/conditioners and air fresheners. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets high end. Andrew is also an attentive host and went above and beyond to make our stay in Seattle enjoyable. He even recommended a scenic drive to add to a wonderful day trip to Bellingham as well as several recommendations for day hikes. We will definitely be returning here on our yearly trips to visit our son. Thank you so much Andrew for a wonderful stay!

We stayed here for six days because it was very close to our Son and daughter-in-laws place. It turned out to be such a great place to stay. Super clean and well maintained with a nice bathroom, kitchen and very comfortable bed. Only downside was minimal kitchen items, choices, ie. herbs or spices for cooking. No oils, etc. we ate out each day and had our breakfast in room. All in all we will definitely be back when we visit our son. Great find!

Visiting with my sister who lives in a studio apartment in the Montlake neighborhood (with no room for me) this cottage was perfect! It looks just like the pictures, is wonderfully clean and modern, with one parking space making life easy. It was a lovely spot to start and end each day. I was in an upscale hotel in the days prior to my stay at this property and truthfully felt Bryant Cottage was superior!

This apartment is built over the homeowner’s garage. It was a well-done project. The finish work is attractive. The bathroom shower is large and comfortable. Once you find the location, coming and going is easy. This neighborhood was very convenient for us. It was 15-20 minutes to all the places we wanted to go while in Seattle. Thank you Andrew!
