The Sammy K vacation home is located within Maravilla Resort gated beach community. Maravilla Resort features 2.5 acre private pristine beach, 2 fabulous swimming pools, jaccuzzi, tennis courts, clubhouse with exercise equipment, shuffleboard and more! Paradise at its finest in Miramar Beach, FL!!
Complimentary 2 beach chairs and umbrella service provided each day of your stay on the beach!
Your cares will simply melt away as you enjoy the view of the sparkling emerald green ocean and white sugar sand beach as you relax under the umbrella! Advance Rental Payment Policy:
VRBO processes the advance payment and final payment. If there is property disrespect, damage, and/or theft, VRBO will charge and collect from the vacationer.

My wife and I and two of our kids (17 & 14) stayed 4th of July weekend we checked in Wednesday and checked out Saturday and we all had a great time! The beach was beautiful we so wish we could have rented a golf cart so we didn’t have to load up in the SUV but the complimentary chairs and umbrellas were fantastic. The house was very spacious with everything we needed and was very clean. Also the beds were very comfy!!

This was a super cute house. We loved the community as well. The dishes were not very clean, but i think that has more to do with the last people that stayed there

We stayed here with another family and the place was everything you could want. Location to beach and pool was decent- small drive or little longer walk. Management was polite and fast with replies. Would stay again!
