Large house with great deck & grill.
Location was farther than expected from the beach. It was too far for my 86 year old mother to walk. Drop off at beach was inconvenient due to lack of parking or a dedicated drop zone for elderly. We held up traffic to drop her off.

Very spacious for a family of 6. Short walk to recreation spot. Pool was clean. There were tennis and pickle ball rackets. But no ball so bring your own.
Nice selection of board and card games.
Quick response to an issue with the ice maker.
Close to activities and restaurants
Not the owners fault, the back deck was sun all day long.
The back deck could use some work there are some loose boards.
Parking was tight. Two cars can fit snuggly
