About this house rental
Kenja Kottage is located in the Beach Retreat subdivision. A short stroll to the private beach access with over 300 feet of beach frontage. This home is close to Pompano Joe Restaurant. It is also a short drive to two major shopping centers. This beautiful two story beach cottage has large wraparound balconies. It is tastefully decorated and has all the amenities to provide you with a fantastic vacation. On the second floor is the main master with a king size bed and master bath with a whirlpool tub and separate shower. The second master is also on the second floor. It has a queen size bed and attached bath as well. Both bedrooms have access doors to the large wraparound balcony for enjoying the evening breezes! On the main floor is the well appointed living room along with a kitchen that boasts stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops. One bedroom is located on the first floor. It has a queen size bed & a Twin/Twin bunk. A Sofa sleeper is located in the living room for additional guests.
Our home is located in the gated community of Beach Retreat. It is a very short walk to a private beach access with over 300 feet of beach frontage. The neighborhood has brick paved streets lined with colorful Florida Cottages, and a 3000 square foot Community pool is heated during Thanksgiving week, Christmas week and for Spring Break. This home is located within steps of the pool and directly behind the club house with a state of the art fitness room. The Beach Retreat community is within a mile of Pompano Joes, Capt. Dave's and the Crab Trap Restaurants. We are centrally located near to all of Destin's wonderful Restaurants, water sports, children's activities, outlet mall, upscale shopping, casual and fine dining, movie theater and beautiful golf courses.
Whether you wish to shop till you drop or just relax on the white sands and enjoy the crystal clear emerald green waters, Destin is the perfect place for you. Please give me a call, I would love to have you stay at this beautiful home.

If you do not want to bring your boat, one of Destin’s many charter boats would love the opportunity to take you out for full or half day excursions. Water surrounds Destin with the inter-coastal waterway to the north and Gulf on the south, creating an abundance of water sports available, including kayaking, wave running, para-sailing, kite surfing, snorkeling and so much more!
