About this apartment rental

A yellow, bright and charming flat with a very well equipped kitchen corner with dish washer and microwave; a nice bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom with shower where there is the washing machine too.
The added values of the property are the beautiful equipped terrace with the stunning and ever changing view on the bay and the rare and precious free private parking exclusively for guests. Wi-fi and air conditioning are available too.
Outside the property there are the bus and shuttle stops. The village is just 10 mn walk away as well as beaches.
Portovenere, a real gem of the Ligurian coast, is the ideal starting point to visit the well- known 5 Terre, the front island La Palmaria and Lerici.

The property is every bit as wonderful as the photos suggest. Very well equipped and clean. Teresa always responded very quickly to any communications. The property is ideally located for Portovenere - a quick walk down the hill and a gentle walk back up. The parking provided is invaluable as spaces are at a premium in the area , and parking is expensive. However, as other guests have indicated it is a tricky spot to get into- so once we had parked we made the decision to leave the car where it was and use public transport - buses and boats for the rest of the week. We enjoyed a very relaxing week in the property in Portovenere.

The property is perfect for two people with private secured parking and a very big terrace with a amazing views across the bay to watch all the boats coming and going. The property is well equipped with good wifi, washing machine and hob. The view is what makes it special though. A 10 min walk to the beach which is a bit steep coming back up so up you need to fairly fit, and for the walk back from Portovenere. Ideally location for exploring Cinque Terre by boat and recommend a day trip to Lucca and Portofino.

Amazing terrace views, thus lots of privacy in the middle of Portovenere. Olive trees all around, parking, and excellent wifi connection. Beach 11 minutes distance by foot, using the left side stairs when exit the property. Lovely host, great communication.

The apartment is ideal for a couple, it is very well equipped. We stayed for 10 nights at the end of July and were more than comfortable. The aircon works brilliantly, the WiFi was good. The terrace is lovely to relax on and admire those stunning views. Teresa the host was very helpful with recommendations and very easy to contact if needed.

A truly beautiful spot. This place ticked all of my holiday boxes- a beautiful view, private location with no neighbors yet a gentle stroll to the village below with plenty of restaurants and boat excursions. I will tell everyone to come here! Terese was really helpful and the apartment had everything we needed including aircon. The terrace and the view made t easy to relax

The host, Teresa and her husband, were there to meet us, even though we were an hour late. The property had a kitchen, small living room with nice view, separate bedroom and separate bathroom. All were well furnished and clean. The large pario, on the side of a hill overlooking the town, was incredible.We had a private, secure parking space, but left the car at the house and walked, took buses and trains everywhere. Remember to bring cash for the cleaning fee and security deposit.

Das kleine Haus hatte eine wunderschöne Aussicht und ist gut gelegen. Der Stand und das Dorf sind gut per Fuss erreichbar. Die Altstadt mit vielen Restaurants ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Cinque Terre sind mit dem Boot gut erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und mit allen nötigen ausgestattet. Der private Parkplatz ist sehr praktisch. Die Kommunikation mit Teresa war unkompliziert.

Tolle Mietwohnung an guter Lage mit herrlichem Blick. Die Olivenbäume schützen vor der Sonne, abends ist es durch den Sonnenstand sowieso wunderbar schattig. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tout est parfait: qualité du couchage- emplacement-très bien situé pour prendre le bateau pour les cinq terres et visiter les environs - on peut juste améliorer la discrétion par des plantes grimpantes sur la barrière du dessus afin d éviter les regards indiscrets des gens qui surplombent cette terrasse-l mais globalement c’est très agréable et les hôtes charmants

Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Für zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Bei schlechtem Wetter ist es weniger geeignet. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön und der Blick zum Meer umwerfend. Bei schönem Wetter genießt man jede Minute auf der Terrasse. Wir würden dieses Apartment wieder buchen.

Le logement est idéalement situé à 400m du centre ville et au-dessous de la rue. Du coup, aucun bruit. La vue de l'appartement et de la terrasse est exceptionnelle. L'appartement est fonctionnel et confortable. Les petits petits-déjeuners sur la terrasse sont un régal. Teresa que nous n'avons pas eu la chance de voir est très réactive dans nos échanges par mail. Même la voiture était gâtée avec une belle place réservée au-dessus du logement. Nous sommes très heureux de notre séjour. Le soleil était au rendez-vous. La dolce vita!

Une agréable location un peu petite toutefois mais qui jouit d'une vue exceptionnelle. Très bien équipée et bénéficiant d'un parking sur le toit ce qui n'est pas négligeable à deux euros l'heure dans la rue. Le contact avec la propriétaire a été très sympathique. Prévoir de marcher un peu pour rejoindre Portovenere

Arrivare e sentirsi a casa ...trovarsi esattamente dove si voleva essere : questo è quello che ho provato entrando in questo angolo di bellezza e tranquillità . Accolte da Teresa, gentilissima, disponibile e puntuale , la proprietà supera le aspettative . Delizioso bilocale accuratamente arredato, pulito , dotato di ogni confort , giardino privato che guarda il mare : un incanto ! Posto auto all’interno del cancello : un confort ineguagliabile a Portovenere in questa settimana di Ferragosto piena di turisti La discesa in paese è fattibilissima a piedi, dieci minuti, anche piacevole ... da lì con i battelli si possono raggiungere tutte le località della Costa : Cinque Terre, Lerici, Palmaria Io e mia figlia è il ns cane siamo state davvero bene ! Ritorneremo !

As we wanted to have quality summer holidays with our small and old dog, we headed to this Portovenere property. I believe that the pictures don't reflect the reality of things. It is even more stunning in reality! This property has an own parking space which is luxury when the city charges €1.5 per hour when you park on the streets! A terrace overlooking the sea area which is the x-factor! Wow! Two beach chairs to relax, a table with 4 chairs to have a summerly meal and a sun umbrella to get some shade, what else do you need? Fantastic. The property has also wifi, local TV, a washing machine and dishwasher and a brand new microwave. Teresa was a great host sending us other tips to visit and always provided quick replies. For sure we will return. This place is on a 10mins walk from the old city center with a small local supermarket. A small gem! I strongly recommend this place that suits for 2.

Zwei Wochen haben wir hier im Mai und Juni 2018 verbracht. Das Apartment, wie beschrieben, klein, aber sehr sauber. Es reichte auch gut für unsere beiden Hinde, die wir nach Rücksprache mit der sehr freundlichen Eigentumerin mitbringen dürften. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig. Ein paar Details fielen aber auf, die störten, so die Spülmaschine, deren Klappe so schwer zu öffnen war, dass sie nach vorne kippt. Eine Glasablage über dem Waschbecken im Bad, die von vorne rein so schief angebracht war, dass man drauf nichts ablegen kann. Glasteller in der Mikrowelle, der sich nicht dreht, Stecker einer Stehlampe defekt, weil abgebrochen. Kleinigkeiten, die aber bei sorgfältiger Durchsicht auffallen müssen Über ein oder zwei kleine Hängeschränke hätte man sich auch gefreut, beispielsweise im Bad und in der Küche für ein paar Vorräte. Kleine Terrasse, wie beschrieben, allerdings mit wirklich herrlicher Aussicht auf den. Zur Information für Hundebesitzer: man kann nicht gut mit den Hunden laufen, es gibt nur den Fußweg an der Straße. Einen Platz, aber die Hunde mal laufen lassen kann, gibt es nicht. Was aber wirklich stört, ist der fehlende Hinweis, dass sich das Apartment und die Terrasse liefen direkt an der einzigen Zugangsstraße nach Porto Venere ohne wirklichen Schallschutz, d.h. man hört jedes Fahrzeug, das in den Ort hinein fährt. Sonntags dürften dies etwa 3000 Fahrzeuge sein, vorsichtig geschätzt. Wir hatten 4 Sterne gegeben, aber es war so laut, dass es nur 3 Sterne geben kann.

Jag kan verkligen rekommendera lägenheten och läget. Trots att lägenheten är precis bredvid vägen så är den avskild, jag tycker inte att man störs av trafiken ett dugg. I övrigt nära till det man behöver, liten mataffär, restauranger, utflyktsmål osv.

Eingebettet in einen olivenhain, liegt das ferienapartment unterhalb der via garibaldi von einer steinmauer mit hohem eisenzaun geschützt, dessen grosses zweiflügliges Tor auf einen privaten Parkplatz führt, der über dem Apartment liegt. Parkplätze sind heissbegehrt in portovenere und da dieser Stellplatz abseits der Straße liegt, geben wir dafür einen extra Stern. Vom parkplatz aus führen rechterhand ein paar Stufen, durch ein gittertörchen unterbrochen, auf die wunderschöne Terrasse mit phantastischem Ausblick auf das blaue Meer mit seinen booten und Yachten. Oliven- und Zitrusbäume spenden wohltuenden Schatten und laden zum stundenlangen verweilen ein. Das Apartment selbst ist genau wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Es verfügt über eine kleine wohnküche mit Couch und einem panoramafenster, durch das man bis die sonne untergeht das Meer sieht. Abgeteilt durch eine Wand liegt dahinter eine kleine schlafecke mit breitem Doppelbett und einem Schrank. Das Badezimmer ist nicht mehr neu, aber hat trotzdem Stil. Die Waschmaschine funktioniert reibungslos und das ganze Apartment kann über eine leise Klimaanlage angenehm temperiert werden. Den schönen Strand, den man vom Apartment aus sehen kann, erreicht man über mehrere Wege. Folgt man der via garibaldi rechterhand den Berg hinauf, gehen nach ca. 5 Minuten 280 Treppenstufen hinab direkt zu der beach. Das war mein täglicher Rückweg vom Strand. Für mich das optimale Training, um trotz des guten Essens in Form zu bleiben. Wer knieprobleme oder ähnliches hat, nimmt besser die andere Route und folgt der via garibaldi linkerhand. Nach einer Weile gibt es ca. 100 Stufen hinunter zur Strandpromenade oder wenn man der Straße weiter folgt, kommt man direkt in das Zentrum von portovenere. Rechterhand liegt auch ein kleiner Supermarkt, der alles hat, was man brauchen könnte. An der gesamten Strandpromenade gibt es tolle öffentliche stellen zum schwimmen. Eine dusche gibt es am Strand, den man vom Apartment sieht. Dazu gibt es zahlreiche kostenpflichtige strandStücke, die wir aber nicht benutzt haben wegen unserem Hund und weil die Terrasse des Apartments hundertmal schöner zum relaxen war. Die Betreuung von Teresa war von Anfang bis Ende perfekt organisiert. Vielen dank an dieser stelle und an Francesco für die nette Begrüßung und Verabschiedung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We enjoyed a view days in Portovenere. The flat from Teresa is unique. Well equiped and lovely furnished. The terrace and the view as promised, just great. Quiet (no nighbours). Everything within walking distance (boats, bars, restaurants, swimming, supermarket). The parking-space within the property is very handy. Thanks Teresa and family. We come back again once.

The little flat is furnished lovingly. You have all you need. Teresa and her husband are very kind and had many suggestions what to do for us. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet und hat eine zweckmäßige Ausstattung. Die Terrasse mit dem wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer und die Insel Palmaria ist fantastisch. Es ist so wunderschön, dort unter den Olivenbäumen zu frühstücken ... Sehr praktisch ist der zur Wohnung gehörende Parkplatz, da Parken in Portovenere sonst sehr teuer und in der Hochsaison sicher auch schwierig ist. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
