Another great apartment in this building. Clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Everything you need for a little getaway. Easy access to some of the best parts of Dallas and a major highway. Easy to get in, plenty of parking, and quiet neighborhood. Very responsive host as well.

Spacious room in a very nice area, plenty of parking and green.
Room is old. The AC in the room have molds, dust and extremely dirty. You will breath in dirty cool air. The windows are dirty. Dishware like plates and glass are dirty, unwash. I found a glass with a woman lipstick on it still.
I would not come back.

great location: good, safe neighborhood, and walking distance to restaurants
the apartment could use a little tlc / better setup, like wire management, better soap, shampoo etc. The air conditioning in the bedroom did not work great; it looks like maybe it needs filter cleaning or something. The volume button on the tv remote in the bedroom doesn't work. other than that, the place was clean, and fine for our one night stay.
