Great location, as there is not much accommodation in Lower Greenville. A few great cafes within walking distance.

Great location. Quiet but within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Definitely suited needs for a couple days. Good value.
Appliances could be updated but definitely did the job!

I liked the location in Lower Greenville and that’s about it.
Glaringly, there was no microwave! Even motels have microwaves - I had to eat leftovers cold. There’s alsp no central AC just window units: 1 in the room and 1 above the couch. There’s also no desk to work from. The kitchen table has 2 backless simple round stools so good luck WFH or doing anything productive longer than 30 min if you’re over 30. The parking lot suggested was also always full. The unit is on the second floor- I wish I had realized that. The unit overall is in meh condition and not worth the price.
