Property clean, with great location to walk to town. Easy to communicate with property management. Linens, towels, and beds comfortable. The only improvements I would make would be two things. Update window unit to a mini split to better cool whole condo and be much more energy efficient. And replace the indoor couch which is actually outdoor furniture with a comfortable indoor resort style couch. My husband recommends a 23000 BTU mini split air conditioner from Amazon for 1000.

Great location! It was so wonderful to be right on the water and within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Kona. Grateful for the construction discount due to support on the balcony which made it difficult to see the sunsets. And the noise from the construction wasn’t too bad. I would stay there again.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Kitchen was decently stocked with just about anything you would need, and the location and view were spectacular.

Million dollar view and location a quick 5 minutes to restaurants and bars. The interior does not support the view and the price tag. Beds were hard, with thin worn out sheets, minimal linens and very well used pillows. Bath towels were thin and one time use only. There was starter supplies for soap and paper products. The living room furniture is outdoor patio furniture and the outdoor patio chairs-all were uncomfortable. There was beach chairs/umbrella that did come in handy. For the price I expected the interior to support the exterior view.
