After a day in the water, choose between a swim in the community pool, a soak in the hot tub, or an evening at the shared grill with the sea nearby. The washer and dryer mean you can travel lighter and reset the beach towels easily. This is Kailua-Kona at its simplest and best: water close, town close, and no need to rush. We loved this property! Watching the waves fromthe lanai was amazing and so relaxing. It was only a short hop to Kona Country Club golf and a short walk into Kona where everything is available. Will definitely be back!

This is our 4th stay at Kona Reef resort, each time a different ocean front room. We loved the added amenities of a small cooler, umbrella, books. Fully stocked kitchen. We love this resort

View and shower were amazing. TVs should not need pages in a binder to figure out. Also, what good are instructions in a binder for getting into the apartment if you can't get into the apartment and the company's preferred texting communication is worthless? Thank goodness for the phone representative AND the property manager. Place only 1 keypad or lockbox on door and make sure they work. Also, dust the closet and leave room for hanging. Clean your floor fans, dust TV areas and closet floor. The beds were amazingly UNCOMFORTABLE! But the view and shower helped distract the inconveniences with being locked out and dust.
