About this villa rental
This luxurious villa is located in the Kordere district of Kalkan and has magnificent views across Kalkan Bay. The villa has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and has a total capacity of six guests. Whilst being located a short distance from the centre of Kalkan, it is located in an elevated peaceful setting and, with the assistance of its screening system, is secluded from the outside, making it suitable for those guests looking for a high degree of privacy. This location also benefits in the height of the summer from being a few degrees cooler than lower down in the town, thus allowing guests to enjoy a drink on the extensive pool terrace or first floor balcony whilst soaking in the panoramic views.
On the ground floor there is a comfortable lounge and well-equipped open-plan kitchen, plus a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The second floor accomodation consists of two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, one of them also having a jacuzzi from which the views can be enjoyed.
The outdoor areas have everything that guests would need during their stay, including an alfresco dining area for six with a stone-built barbeque, ample sunbeds and umbrellas, plus a swing and hammock. There is a large patio area and the pool dimensions are 7.5 x 5.4 m, depth 1.55m, plus it has an additional shallow area (20cm) 7.7 x 3 m.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, has wi-fi, an alarm and closed circuit camera system, and parking spaces for two cars. The villa is approximately 5-7 minutes drive from the centre (3-3.5 km). For those guests who prefer to cater for themselves there are several reataurants and grocers who provide a free home delivery service.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 1000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa payable in cash on arrival .

Once you’ve got over the shock of how steep the drive is, and make sure you are shown how to open the front door as there is a little thing you have to do before you gain entry.
The villa was clean and bright with a kitchen that had all the basics but could do with a coffee machine.
The bedrooms were all light and the bed was supremely comfortable, we both slept very well.
The shower heads could do with a good clean and there are a lot of light bulbs out.
The pool is very clean and a wonderful temperature.
We spent a lot of time at the villa and it was fairly peaceful.
Be aware that you are high up in the hills and a 20 min plus ride to Kalkan.
We had the best holiday and will be back.

This was our first visit to Kalkan and we really came up trumps with our villa choice. It’s situated on the hills above the town, away from the hustle and bustle and the location provided fantastic sunsets. The modern villa was big bright and airy, spotless throughout and very comfortable (including the beds). As others have stated it was an easy drive down to Kalkan which was easy to park in and had a lovely selection of eateries and shops. This villa was a good base from which we could explore the local ruins and beaches (by car), we flew in to Dalaman airport which was a 1hr 45min drive away (if you are hiring a car from this airport use Sixt, they were great).
If there was one recommendation I would pass to the owners it would be that the kitchen could do with a few extra accessories. We cooked a few meals and missed not having the following items: Scissors, dustpan & brush, tea towel & kitchen cloth to wipe surfaces, measuring jug, mixing bowl.
I really do hope we can come back again soon.

Villa is high on the hills overlooking Kalkan and is as impressive as the photos, views are fantastic. Suleyman ( the owner ) lives very close and is avialable to help with any queries, he is a real gentleman and nothing is too much trouble. You do need a car to travel into Kalkan as the villa is approx 1km from the town.

This is a spacious modern villa with a lovely pool and great views across the bay, including beautiful sunsets each evening.
With Kalkan centre a short 10 min drive away and a handy, small and excellent value supermarket just down the road We found the location ideal. Patara Beach takes about 20 minutes to get to and the famous Saklikent Gorge about 45 mins away, so lots to do and within easy access too.
The owner is very welcoming and lives opposite should he need to be contacted. We particularly liked the choice of seating areas outside both upstairs and on the ground floor. Thoroughly recommend and would be more than happy to return.
