Luxury 4-Bedroom Sea View Villa with Private Pool in Kalkan

We was greeted by a gentleman named Baturay . He kindly helped with all our luggage and showed us around the villa making sure we was happy with everything . And even made us all a coffee on arrival ,and had lots of snacks ready for the children,which was very welcomed after a long journey ☺️ The villa was absolutely stunning ,and couldn’t have asked for anything better! Each bedroom had a bathroom and shower and ample space ,and amazing sea views of Kalkan . The beds were supper comfortable ,we all slept so very well . We was supplied with towels ,blankets ,and towels for the sun loungers ,which was very handy as we forgot ours! We enjoyed many coffees on the balcony looking at the amazing views of Kalkan . The children played for hours and hours in the pool,which was maintained daily and 10/10 clean. We also made had great use of the bbq! Baturay was also very helpful in showing us local sights and kindly dropped us into Kalkan a few times to highly recommended restaurants and bars and then kindly picked us up again taking us straight back to the villa . We have already booked to come back to this villa this year and next! And plan to make many more memories here as a family . It was honestly one of the best holidays we’ve had as a family and highly recommend this beautiful villa 10/10 from all of us .

The villa was perfect ,absolutely no problems .

Booked this as a last minute New Year trip to Turkey and honestly didn’t expect it to be this good. The villa was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed. All the utensils appliances and little bits you’d want for a comfortable stay. The sea views were unreal. Completely uninterrupted and even better than the photos. We never got bored of just sitting and looking out. We had such a great time with the kids. It was perfect being able to cook at the villa but also head out and try some amazing local Turkish restaurants. The kids absolutely loved the outdoor space and the pool and spent most of their time outside enjoying the views. Overall such a lovely easy stay and way better than expected. Would 100 percent recommend and would happily stay here again.

Nothing really, I just wish it was a bit warmer (we came in January) so we could have used the pool more, we will be booking this villa again for summer 2026 for sure.
