Overall, everything was perfect!!!. A small table on the balcony would have been appreciated. The washing and drying machines card fees should be included in the renting price.

The apartment was clean and well apportioned. the owner/manager was easy to communicate with

The condo was clean and one the beach. I pulled in and paid $100 to park on property. I then had to give my drivers license to use a luggage cart. I was then locked out of the doors because I did not have a fob. I was locked out of the door to the elevator because I did not have a fob. I could not use the elevator because I did not have a fob. I checked in after 5:00 p.m. so I could not get a fob until the next morning. No one told me this. I was contacted all day as we drove in my text about checking in. I called the contact telephone number 1 hour before arrival and was told someone would meet me there. No one met me to check into the property I was just given a code to the door. The next morning I went down to the main office to get the fob, I had to pay $30 non refundable to get the fob. I then was asked for $20 cash to get the parking tag that was refundable as we checked out. I already paid $100 to park. We then had to wear red bracelets to be on the property (pool I guess). We had to use the fob to walk down to the beach and back up and to all of the doors and elevator. We have 4 people and only bought one fob. When someone would move about the property the rest of us were stuck waiting till they came back to move about. My teenage boys wanted to play ping pong and pool. We were told they were ping used but come back with my license to get ping pong paddles and pool sticks for the common room. We cam back an hour later and were told they could not play after 8:00 p.m.
