We loved our stay and saw wildlife outside our window!!

The hostess was friendly and very helpful. The views were absolutely fantastic! We saw springbok, zebra and wildebeest from apartment. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot and satisfying. The rusks, and tea/coffee were great with the microwave being an added bonus, It was 5 minutes from town and yet peaceful and tranquil. I will definitely go back

Nice stay… kind host… ckean and cozy place

The house is inside the wine farm and it’s so cozy. It was easy to communicate with the host and he gave us all the recommendations we needed to spend a lovely time. The wine tasting is very close from the room so nobody needs to drive after that. Everybody was so kind with us. I definitely recommend this place… just to advise that you’ll need a car to go to the city or to other farms.

Perfect quiet stay!

What a nice and quiet place to stay with great mountain and vineyards views. It is located a quick drive out of Stellenbosch, so if you are looking for a nice and quiet place to stay, this is the place to be. The room was bigger then expected, with a very nice and new bathroom. There is also a small little terrace outside. Lovely coffee, tea and rusk facilities.

Best scenery, everthing you need from a wineland stay

It is an absolutely beautiful setting and farm! We enjoyed walking/running and exploring the farm. The views are underestimated and we struggled to get a place that has a relaxed feel and enjoying nature - this delivers if that is what you are looking for. The wine is one of our favourites (hats off to the the two men) which is highly recommended and glad we did, as the chefs from Vuur suggested. Vuur restaurant has an amazing reputation, and we were not even aware of it being on the same farm. We visited them to just have a look and got a guided tour of Shaun and his team. Would love to go again. Chris the winemaker who we did not meet, was even the guy that brought us as a kettle (extra).

We would have loved to have been introduced to the wines and flatbreads earlier or promote it to us in the rooms as well as to enjoy a Vuur experience. Room was also very cold and a bit dark (in Aug)

It was really lovely. I had a quiet, relaxing stay in the spacious quarters. The large trees, the view and the ability to go for a walk completed the picture. When visiting Stellenbosch again this would be first choice for accommodation.

Wonderful place to stay! Magnificent scenery of the animal park (zebras, antelopes, etc) and mountain right from the bedroom window. You can walk around the Vinyard, and the 3 dogs there are super friendly and would walk with you! We arrived late but were still allowed to taste some of the wines!

Our stay was wonderful. The view onto the zebra cottage was amazing. We were allowed to walk around the wine yards and farm. The staff was super friendly and we even got a wine tasting even though we arrived too late. And the wine tasted really good!

The house and the view was just spectacular! Very much detail put into little things like fresh flowers and a variety of linens/towels to use. Friendly staff members and very accessible to enter and exit.

A quiet, comfortable; and conveniently located cottage with beautiful views

The cottage overlooks the most magnificent wine farm; and mountains; gorgeous! We enjoyed the outside patio overlooking the view. Spacious and very clean 2 bedroom / 3-bed cottage; that was super comfortable, and had a great shower and small kitchenette; perfect for a quick stay. 5-minute drive to the centre of Stellenbosh; convenient location.
