About this country house rental
Spacious, new (2012), bright apartment with shady garden (Lime trees) and panoramic view of the Château d'Entrechaux. Quiet and sunny environment with access to the private swimming pool.
The apartment has a fully equipped open kitchen, separate toilet, shower room with Italian shower. The living room opens onto a bow-window with view on the castle and sunset. Windows equipped with integrated mosquito net.
The building of provencal construction, has very thick walls which preserve a freshness even in the middle of summer.
The loft is the only rental of the property.
The 3000m garden is not enclosed but bordered by apricot orchards, animals are welcome.
Deposit required 150 euros, deposit at reservation, handing over of keys by the owner of the semi-detached villa.
As an option the final cleaning can be carried out by a third party at the rate of 40€.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans le gîte Val Garance où nous avons apprécié le calme et la nature environnante, dans un lieu préservé. Isabelle, hote accueillante et sympathique, a su agrémenter un cadre verdoyant autour d'une belle piscine rafraîchissante pour les heures les plus chaudes.

Isabelle nous a très bien accueilli, la dépendance dans laquelle se situe le logement est juste magique, intimiste, à l'ombre de tilleuls et de chênes. La piscine fut une source de bien être, nous avons pu faire la sieste sans jamais être dérangées. Une belle adresse pour se ressourcer et profiter des plaisirs de la Provence.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad. De loft ligt prachtig midden in de natuur met geweldig uitzicht over de wijnvelden. De locatie is prefect, dichtbij Vaison la Romaine en Malaucene. Bij en in het zwembad was het ook aangenaam vertoeven. De eigenaresse is heel vriendelijk.
