This gorgeous home has plenty of space and every comfort your vacation deserves, the perfect place for multiple families to share! The expansive furnished deck and grass area are great for grilling in the summertime or just relaxing as the wind blows through Ponderosa Pines. You'll also love unwinding in the private hot tub or gathering at the deck fire table. Also, there is now an outlet at the front of the garage for electric car chargers!
Inside, the home features two two living areas with comfortable furnishings, a wood-burning fireplace, and TV. The living area downstairs offers foosball, Ping-Pong, puzzles, and a private library for added enjoyment. This home also features two primary bedrooms (one with a desk for working remotely) with en suite bathrooms for added comfort and convenience. When hunger strikes, create culinary dishes in the full kitchen, gleaming with stainless steel appliances. Additional amenties include complimentary fast WiFi. When you aren't relaxing at home, enjoy access to the shared pool and tennis courts!
While at Black Butte Ranch, you can explore its 1800 acres of hiking and biking trails, plus opportunities for horseback riding, golf, tennis, and canoeing (rentals available at the rec center). The town of Sisters is located 10 miles east of the ranch and offers a variety of shopping and dining experiences.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We enjoyed the house very much. It's large, clean, well stocked and very serviceable for a family. Black Butte Ranch is beautiful; however, the check in process was poor and resulted in the lower overall rating.
Even though we had fully provided on line all of the renter and guest information along with all guest license plate numbers as required by Vacasa, the check in staff had no record of the renter or of the license plate numbers until we provided a paper copy of the reservation along with the license plate numbers. Check in took about fifteen minutes with a large queue growing behind us.
Later in the evening, after giving the staff the license numbers again, when the other guests arrived, the staff still had no record of their license numbers even though we had given them the information earlier in the day. Aargh! Given the excessive fees we have been charged for administrative support, it is extremely disappointing that this process is still a work in progress and can't be trusted. Unacceptable.
