About this house rental

This holiday home is located in Lichtervelde and is located in the middle of the fields, 150 meters from the Huwynsbossen. You wake up with the song of the birds in the forest and you can enjoy a sunbath from a sunset on the west terrace. The cottage is centrally located for those who want to plan something cultural and it is close to Bruges, Roeselare, Ypres, Heuvelland and the coast. The cottage is suitable for four people and is family and child friendly. There is a fully equipped kitchen, family shower, children's room for tinkering and playing, bicycle storage, private sauna, private parking, enclosed garden, trampoline, sandpit, swing, playground, petanque square, two terraces and barbecue. In the bedrooms there are two single beds which can be combined into one double bed. A basic package is waiting for you: dishwashing liquid, scourer, rag, coffee, filter and tea. Arrival from 16.00 hours and departure before 10.00. The cottage is located near the Huwynsbossen, a 33 hectare domain forest with playground. Beautiful walks can be made here. There are also many interesting cycling hubs and cycle routes, such as the Gitsbergroute.

My husband and I desired a country location (not city) for our 3 day desires to visit Antwerp, Ghent, Ypres, and Bruges. THIS was the PERFECT place for us!! Peter, son of Filip, greeted us with the grand tour and was absolutely pleasant. He answered every question, explained how things worked, and we could not have been happier. We suggest taking up the offer of breakfast too!! Thank you for this most comfortable, pleasant, and one of a kind experience for us on our long journey from AZ. Our favorite stop and we HIGHLY recommend this charming cottage with the most kind hearted hosts. 10 out of 10

We loved everything about this property. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful. The property itself is beautiful, comfortable and truly relaxing. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The garden and sauna made a lovely house even better! We would not hesitate to recommend the house and would definitely come back if we revisit this area of Belgium. It's ideally located too - very close to Ypres and Bruge.
