Beautiful cottage. Very nicely renovated. Cosy and clean.
We didn’t mind the trains but some might. It’s right on the main northern line. Also garden at rear is shared. Not made clear on description.

Canny cottage was amazing, we are regular visitors to the North East Coast and have stayed in some gorgeous places, this is right up there at the top! Trains caused no issues at all to us.

house was modern, everything worked and was very clean, heating was good and TV with HDMI cable made it easy to watch films in the evening.
you are only 10 metres away from a high speed rail line which shakes the house when it goes by. not a lot the owners can do but it should say clearly before i book. also 4:30pm check in is too late.
