It was clean
Think the price was a bit high just because university at buffalo was starting up so rates were inflated

Great location and property, clean and maintained well
When first checked in staff told us that housekeeping was every other day, but policy was every third day. So day 4 no housekeeping until requested again and when cleaned no fresh towels and trash can not emptied,

The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The room was comfortable and had good amenities.
Three areas are in need of improvement. I didn't feel the bedding was fresh. It had a hint of a smell. Body lotion should be included and the quality of the hot breakfast items needs improvement.
