High Point Condo is a 2BR/2BA condo in Athens, GA just 3.1 miles from UGA Football Parking, 5.0 Miles from Downtown Athens.
Sleeps 6-9 people comfortably.
The Entire 2nd floor is a Master Suite with a King Bed, the twin Day Bed in the sitting area has a pull out twin Trundle bed. Private bathroom, with a walk-in closet, sound machine, and Roku TV mounted on the wall swivels to the sleeping area and sitting area with Netflix or you own streaming service.
Main level has the 2nd BR, which has 2 Double Beds, direct access to BA, and plenty of mirrored closet space.
Living Room has a 50 inch Roku TV with live TV via YouTube TV. Sofa and Love Seat serve up plenty of seating room to watch the games. There is also a closet that stores everything you need to set up the Twin rollaway bed.
Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a large family meal on the ceramic top stove. Coffee Pot and all of the things you need to get your day going.
Dining room seating is right off the kitchen, as is the full size Washer and Dryer for those longer stays.
The back door opens up to the patio for great night seating and is just steps away from your 2 Reserved Parking Spaces(with 2 more shared guest spaces right next to your reserved spaces).
My wife and I are frequent renters from VRBO, and have booked houses and condos all over the world. I find that when I am booking a place, it's not about how many people it can sleep, it's about how many people sleep comfortably there! When we set up the condo for guests, that was the first thing in mind; plenty of beds, rollaway bed, trundle beds, big wide sofa, etc. This is perfect for 6-9 guys that do not want to sleep together, large families, a couple of couples, etc. All of this for the price of a single Hotel Room, you get 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Living Room, Full Kitchen, Washer and Dryer, Reserved Parking for 2+ Cars, and More! Athalon Sports Best Football Towns Ranking: 1. Athens, Ga. Rich in musical history, Athens’ natural charm has long lured college football fans to Northeast Georgia. Bordering the evergreen campus to the North, the Downtown District is home to some of the South’s best music venues, bars and restaurants. There is a plethora of parks, trails and greenways for those who like the fresh air, but come nightfall, be sure to find your way to The 40 Watt Club or Georgia Theatre for a show.
