About this house rental
Our 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath family-friendly home is in a central location just minutes from Downtown and UGA. If you're in town for UGA Men's Basketball or Football, ask about our parking pass in the Hoke Smith Annex (adjacent to Stegeman Coliseum).

Perfect for gameday weekends, special occasions, or anything else that brings you to Athens. Enjoy plenty of open, entertaining space and spacious, private bedrooms. The main bedroom is on the first floor, along with the living room, half bath, kitchen, pantry, dining room, and laundry. Upstairs includes a second living room and three bedrooms. Each bedroom has a comfortable king bed with clean linens ready for your stay.
Guest access:
The entire property is yours for the duration of your stay. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway

Beautiful home in a safe and very convenient location to downtown. More than enough room for multiple families. If you're planning a trip to Athens, be it with your family or multiples, this is a must get. Fantastic host and the house has all the space needed. Will definitely book agaim if we gead back to Athens. Thanks RJ

The house was perfect for our stay. Exactly as described and the host was very welcoming! We had 4 adult couples in town for the Georgia football game and the house could not have been better for that - everyone had plenty of room, and the house was stocked with amenities. Can't recommend enough!
