The proximity to the lake was the best part. The home is spacious, giving our large group plenty of room for family fun. The home is old and with that comes old-home issues. The biggest for me was the old home smell. There were plenty of cobwebs and dead insects throughout, and few live creepy crawlers, which comes with an older house. With some TLC and more thorough cleaning, this would be a perfect place to stay. We spent more time outside than inside, so these issues did not hinder our family fun!

Our family of 6 had the most amazing trip! We loved the quaintness of the home. We really enjoyed the cove for direct access to the water. We rented a boat to be delivered to the property and spent 3 days on the lake. A quick and easy drive into Hot Springs on our last night was the perfect ending to the perfect trip! Pamela was quick and responsive to any and all questions we had. We cannot wait to go back.

Stayed here with our family of 5 over the Fourth of July week. Great location. Quiet little cove with fishing and swimming right off the dock. Nice outdoor area with a grill, fireplace and picnic table that we used every night - steaks, smores, drinks under the stars. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We had a great time, plenty of room in a well stocked cottage house on the lake. We had a beautiful view of an island so we felt secluded but very close to all the attractions. Our main attraction was the total eclipse that we watched from the private patio, amazing! The weather folks predicted cloudy weather but we had clear sky! Don't know how you did it but thanks for that.

Everything was nice. It’s an older property but the lakefront and private dock were just what we were looking for. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were great for us. Living area is a little small. The window units and central air didn’t get the house as cool as we are used to but it wasn’t intolerable.

Our stay in Hot Springs was fantastic. The house was perfect for two families, with a total of 8. The kids loved the hot tub and patio space. Pamela was a great host and very responsive. The house was about a 15 minute drive from most of the activities that we did in Hot Springs. I would highly recommend the house.

Me, my wife and another couple stayed at this house for a week the week after Christmas and loved it. We had rented the house when we thought another couple and single person were going to accompany us, however, it just ended up being the 4 of us. So that's a little sad. It was a bit too much house for 4, but we still loved it. The property is a cute, well decorated, well stocked house right on the lake. Many nights we spent outside in the hot tub with a fire roaring in the outside fire place. The house had everything we needed for a weeks stay. The location of the house was perfect. It's far enough away from all the hustle and bustle, but close enough that you could get to anywhere within 15 min. It felt very secluded. Pamela was amazing as well. Very communicative. Was always available in case something was needed or if there was a question that needed to be answered. Overall, we had a great trip. It was exactly what we needed.

While this property is located in a quiet cove area of beautiful Lake Hamilton, it has its good points and bad. The house is at least 50 years and very dated. There are WAAAAY too many personal knick-knacks throughout the house. It has been added onto and the A/C unit is too small to cool the house for the period during the summer that we stayed.June24-27, 2021. After contacting the property manager several times about issues with the A/C and the house being too hot to sleep in at night, the hot tub, the boat dock having danger signs about the possibility of electric shock, holes in the walls in the house and a bathroom light falling off the wall in the middle of the night, the manager stopped answering text messages. I would not recommend this property as it needs a lot of work!

The property was just as advertised. It was right on the water with a private dock with a ladder and the cove it is in is very quiet with not much boat traffic. We were able to relax in the water every day. The kitchen was very well equipped and we cooked most meals at the house. The house was quite warm when we got there but Pam was very quick to get the AC man out there and cool the back rooms down. This place is great for a large group with multiple sitting areas and a large kitchen. I would definitely stay here again it was a super relaxing week with great friends. Pam is very responsive to any requests or questions and made our stay wonderful.
