This house is very newly remodeled. There were some maintenance issues that didn't affect the stay and the manager was prompt to respond.
Pros: Very quiet location. About 25min from Lake Quachita swimming areas and downtown Hot Springs. Great view off the deck. Tons of space and room to work in the kitchen. Plenty of parking if bringing multiple families. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Walmart 10 minutes away. Master bath is huge. Two couches and two dining tables plenty of room for a 10 person stay if you're doing that.
Cons: The lake area needs to be cleared out of rocks and debris, and there was no ladder into the water. We did all but one swim in Ouachita because it's a much cleaner lake. Hamilton can be a bit dirty. The main room got warm despite AC blasting. I suggested to the owners they add a ceiling fan. Firepit didn't work.

We have stayed at over 40 rental houses. This property is outstanding. Wonderful kitchen/living room. Great deck. Bathrooms are wonderful. Beautiful view of the lake.
