A house is up on a hiil 3 kilometers from Ermoypoli CIty, capitol of Cyclades Greece.
It's about 8 years old building in 6.000 square meters private land with olive trees and vineyard. The inner surface of the house is 126m³. The Southwest orientation and its location on a hill give endless horizons with color palettes of West Cyclades Islands. The sea is 5min with a car
There is one master bedroom (double bed) with pop art feel, one children room with one bed , onother one bedroom with double bed and lots of toys and books, another one office room with one bed and a spacious living-room with large professionally equipped gourmet kitchen. In a saloon there exist one bed futon sofa, and a fireplace. The dining- place is in the same area with living-room. The light views to the sea and the horizon hills is amazing.(large windows and double doors for terraces)
Large Bathroom with bathtub, plus a W.C with shower.
Our outdoors sitting-area is around the house with two BBQ,two terraces.The large terrace has a pergola shaded seating and dining.Τhere is a garden with organic vegetables and space with chickens for our free range eggs production!IDEAL outdoor spaces for children(playgrounds) , safe even for bikes!
The house combines modern comforts with autonomy and privacy. Even in August given tourist occupancy on the island of Syros have privacy and security .
Ideal for family with children who can play in the garden freely .
The port town of Ermoupolis is 3km away.
Α city gem 160 years now with historic neoclassical buildings,mansions, lively market, idyllic cobblestone streets lined with cafés and restaurants, an open-air cinema and a fabulous opera house (Apollo theater)where international musical events like festival of the Aegean, take place every summer.
Syros has a unique position in the Cyclades with many islands around it with very short distances such as Mykonos , Tinos , Paros , Naxos , Sifnos , Serifos .
In a few hours , nor one hour you can visit the nearby islands such as Tinos and Mykonos .

Nous avons séjourné avec nos 3 enfants dans la belle maison de Labros du 16 au 22 août 2018 et avons été enchantés de notre séjour. La maison est spacieuse, parfaitement équipée et d'une propreté irréprochable. La vue est aussi magnifique dans un cadre très paisible. L'accueil de Labros était lui aussi parfait et nous le remercions chaleureusement pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité, son aide et ses conseils avisés que ce soit pour trouver une location de voiture, pour nous conseiller sur des sorties ou des visites ainsi que pour les échanges enrichissants que nous avons eus avec lui. Nos enfants ont aussi été heureux de pouvoir jouer grâce aux nombreux jouets et vélos mis gentiment à leur disposition par Labros. Nous ne pouvons donc que conseiller cette location.

We stayed in Labros and Lilly's house in late July with our toddler. The house is in the Centre of the island but very well located between the main town and best beach Kini.
The best times of day are mornings and evenings. The house has magnificent views of the sunset and stars.
Labros was very helpful to us, picking us up and helping drop all our stuff off at the ferry.
We had a lovely stay. Thank you!
