Delightful apartment, situated on the first floor of a three-storey building in a central but quiet neighborhood near the harbor, sleeps 4. Equipped with all comforts including air conditioning. Fully furnished and equipped with all appliances, tv color, DVD player and VHS included.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento l’ultima settimana di luglio e la prima d’agosto, ci ha colpito subito la disponibilità della Signora Alessandra, attenta e premurosa.
L’appartamento si presenta com’è descritto, pulitissimo, molto carino, funzionale e dotato di ogni comfort. Abbiamo apprezzato la tranquillità e la comodità della posizione, a 2 min a piedi dalla “movida” ma silenziosissimo!!!
Adatto a famiglia con bambini (come noi), è un primo piano senza ascensore.
Il parcheggio convenzionato dista 300 mt, 2 euro tutto il giorno, comodissimo e c’è sempre posto.
Lo consiglio vivamente!

La casa si presenta in ottime condizioni ed e situata in un punto strategico, praticamente in centro a Porto Ercole.
La signora Alessandra gentilissima e molto disponibile, ci ha dato delle ottime indicazioni per vivere al meglio i giorni della vacanza, e ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio.

Da consigliare, l'unico neo i parcheggi.. .
La zona vicina al porto è una giungla parcheggiano ovunque... ...
